Rich G. came to my house to check a rushing water sound that would come and go about once an hour. He immediately knew that it was coming from a toilet and he easily fixed it. My water softener had a tiny leak coming from underneath the box. He quickly fixed that too. He gave me recommendations without a hard sell, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be happy to call Superior again. more

The fan unit in my basement had been leaking water onto the floor for several weeks. Dave Barlow came out and fixed the problem easily (clogged condenser drain pipe). Since I was already toying with the idea of getting a new furnace and A/C unit (mine is 20 years old) I took advantage of the service call opportunity to ask Dave about options for new units. His answers were honest and helpful in my final purchase decision (which was with Superior Water and Air). more

Superior Air and Water were great to work with. Guy and Memo explained the air duct cleaning process, start to finish and did an excellent job. We would have them back anytime. more

After discovering our water softener was leaking we called Superior Water and Air since they were the ones we had purchased from and because we had a lifetime warranty they were able to order us a new one and send Martin A. and Spencer out to replace our softener. Both were very professional and after setting up the new softener Martin saw that we also had a water purification system and offered to replace the filters while he was here so we would not have to pay another service fee. We have always had excellent service and appreciate the professionalism. more

I just had my filters replaced and my softwater system checked and as always we had a great experience with Superior Water and Air. Rich G was fast and very good, and he was also very friendly. We were having a drain issue and Rich set us up with Robert Andrus who solved our problems very quickly. What a great guy. Rich G installed an RO unit for us and was coming back to do a water heater. Late Friday I called and said I would like to replace our water softener. He returned my call Monday morning to verify and everything was installed by 1pm. Courteous and respectful to me and of my home. I wasn't wary of letting him into my home. Great work and an even better customer service experience. I will recommend to all my friends. more

Brandon and Quentin did a good job cleaning my air ducts. They found a couple of problems with the ducts that I can take care of to improve the air circulation and lower utility bills. They also checked the air conditioner unit on my patio and suggested cleaning it to prolong the life of the unit. They were knowledgeable and did not pressure me to agree to additional services. They earned a 4.7 of 5.0 rating. I recommend Superior to others and will continue to do so. more

Bill Nielson june 20th 2013 the guys at superior water and air were great they got air con running for free for a few more weeks and when it finally died they were naturally our only choice.They came right out ,No Service fee and the next day we had brand new air conditioner installed.\r You guys rock!!!! more

Jeremy Link from Superior Water and Air came to our home today to repair our water softener and change our water filters. I have to say, he is the best technician we have ever had come to our home from Superior. He called me when he was on his way to my home and even came ahead of scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. He got our water softener up and running again and returned us to fresh, clean drinking water. He is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He gave me great advice on other items that need attention, but was never pushy. I told him that I will request him every time. He is welcome in my home. more

I was very happy with the professional service I received from Superior Water and Air. From my very first call for service Tami offered her call back number if I had any questions. Martin responded and assessed the problems with my 25 year old system honestly and explained them understandably. A ""not to exceed"" quote was given to me which was very fair. I was surprised that my work was scheduled as quickly as it was, it being Memorial Day weekend. And, as promised, Rich called ahead and arrived as scheduled. I was very impressed with his work ethic. There was no wasted time, there were no short cuts taken or shortages of equipment. In fact, additional parts were added to the system to bring the system up to code. The project was completely tested and fully explained to me. Everything was cleaned up. All in all this company is professional in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior to anyone. more

Jordan F came to our home to change the filters in our water softener. He arrived on time. In fact he called me ahead of time, which gave me time to leave work and get home. He was very nice and courteous and professional. We have been very happy with our system and recommend Superior Air and Water to our friends. Jordan was very knowledgable. Proceed with caution. \r \r Spoke with a sales rep at their booth at Costco. Told her that I wanted my home's ducts cleaned as they were advertising. I had been meaning to get this done for several months and finally found what I thought was a good opportunity to set up a time to do it. \r \r After about 10+ minutes of her attempting to push other products, including a new furnace (even though I told her more than once that I just invested in one in the recent past), I set up an appointment with her for a week later for what I thought was the duct cleaning. \r \r Instead of a technician, a salesman showed up to count my ducts and show me several other products that they thought I should have in my home. The salesman did his best to say that our current furnace and air conditioner were subpar, despite a steady heating/electric bill and comfortable environment in our home. He continued to work on attempting to sell more products. He also made several odd comments about aspects of our family that were not in any way related to the business at hand (not sure if it was an attempt to chit-chat, but definitely negative undertone at times). The salesman tried to degrade the recent furnace purchase, although the model gets very good reviews on independent review sites. \r \r Finally we settled on a price for the duct cleaning. He said that he would email the bid to me that evening and we could set up the time. I have not heard anything after a few weeks. I decided to go with another company that was able to give me a quote and clean the ducts within a few days. more

Jordan F. came and checked out why we were getting air in our lines after our water softener regenerated. He knew right away what the problem was. He was very kind and courteous. Unfortunately the cost to fix the problem is pretty pricey they are still in line with others in the cost to do the repairs. I would recommend them to others. more

Rich G. came and installed a new water softener today. It went very smoothly and he explained everything we asked of him. We're hoping this water softener will solve some of the plumbing and water-using appliance issues we've been having since we moved into this house 6 years ago. He also replaced the pressure regulator at no extra charge. more

Spencer did a great job today. He did our annual check up on our water softener. He was very helpful in letting us know how the system works, etc. We appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to us. more

Superior Water and Air did a very professional job for us. Mitch, Trent and Mason arrived when they said they would, had our new tankless hot water system installed by the late afternoon and left our home clean and back to normal. I'm used to contractors leaving a mess for me to clean up after they leave. Not this company. They left it cleaner than before they arrived. They even called me at work to determine if I had any questions before they left the house. I would do business with them again. Thanks Superior Water and Air! more

Mike Parry came over and installed a water heater Saturday. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to explain everything he did and why he did it. He was tolerant of the kids asking questions and following him. He was very friendly. He didn't try to sell unneeded extra services, and explained what I need to do to maintain the water heater myself. Thank You! more

As a new customer, I am very impressed with Superior Water and Air. When my furnace went out, I called to have a service technician give me an estimate on how much it would cost to either replace or repair the furnace. Amazingly there was a service technician in the area who was just finishing another job and was on his way home for the evening. The service technician Courtney, was at my door within fifteen minutes of my original call. After looking at all my options, I decided to have my furnace replaced. I also had a water softener installed at the same time. I have never had one so I'm looking forward to the benefits of that as well. The next day Courtney and another technician Lance came over and installed both the furnace and the water softener. Their customer service was awesome! They taught me how to better maintain my furnace, water softener and water heater. They also did a great job of cleaning up the little messes they made. I am very appreciative to both of these technicians for their help and support. I look forward to working with this company in the future. more
