Review content:
The fan unit in my basement had been leaking water onto the floor for several weeks. Dave Barlow came out and fixed the problem easily (clogged condenser drain pipe). Since I was already toying with the idea of getting a new furnace and A/C unit (mine is 20 years old) I took advantage of the service call opportunity to ask Dave about options for new units. His answers were honest and helpful in my final purchase decision (which was with Superior Water and Air).
