Rich G installed an RO unit for us and was coming back to do a water heater. Late Friday I called and said I would like to replace our water softener. He returned my call Monday morning to verify and everything was installed by 1pm. Courteous and respectful to me and of my home. I wasn't wary of letting him into my home. Great work and an even better customer service experience. I will recommend to all my friends.
