Chad and Guy were a little early. They got right to work. They did a great job in making sure the furnace and air conditioner were in good working order. They explained what they had done. I really appreciate how efficient they were and how friendly they were. more

I decided to add a dryer to my basement after it was finished and needed to have dryer vent duct work installed. I contacted Superior Water and Air to get a quote. The quote was done within 2 days and the work was completed 3 days after that. I felt that the quote was for a reasonablwe amount and was lower than other quotes I got. The work was done in a very professional manner and they were able to get the duct work installed without having to cut into any walls or ceilings which was very impressive. The work was done for the exact amount of the quote without any extras being charges. The work was done by Cody Medina and he also did a very good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Cody for this type of work. more

Mike Pokcry was the technician who replaced my furnace and I was very satisfied with his work. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was finished. I was very pleased with his performance. more

After having others come out and give us bids on putting in a tankless water heater, we weren't too excited about having to be out of water for a couple days maybe even three for them to get the job done. I ended up getting in contact with SW&A and they gave me a soft quote over the phone that was basically the same price as the others. After meeting with me they assured me that they could get everything done for the price they quoted me over the phone, but done in the same day and they could do the drywall work that others wouldn't! Mitch and Greg arrived fairly early in the 2 hr window they gave me to show up and finished just a few hours after normal working hours so it didn't inconvenience us much at all. Everything was explained well and they made sure to ""WOW"" me the best they could. more

When he got here, he let me know about how long it would take. He was thorough and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge in installing my new sink disposal and faucet. My wife and I called Superior Water to inquire about their water purification systems. Jim Hansen came to our home and explained to us what Superior had to offer. He told us about their 5M 1500 Reverse osmosis system, how it works and what it would take to maintain the system. Jim was very informative about the product. He did not try to pressure us into buying the system. We were given a great deal on the system and we had it installed a few days later. The installer, Richard, was very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions about the installation and what we needed to know for future reference. Richard is a great asset to the Superior family it was a pleasure to get to know him. I would recommend Superior to anyone who is in need of their services. more

I bought the Ecowater375 refiner and reverse osmosis (r/o) systems about 18 months ago. From day one I was frustrated with customer service and installation issues. Finally I was contacted by Bryan Parker who listened to my concerns and came out himself to look at the system. He took time to educate me on how it works and what to look for if there is a problem, as well as finding the issue causing my system to recharge every three days. This was the first time I felt knowledgeable about the water system, which helped alleviate much of my stress. I encourage Superior Water to have all customer service and technicians trained by Bryan Parker. He single handedly changed my view of the company. Yes, the product is great and we love the soft water. The frustrations were always with misinformation and varied knowledge of the staff. Each person we talked to would tell us something different that usually conflicted something we were told earlier. One visit our salinity levels are set to 18, but the next tech changes it to 30 without testing the water hardness. Bryan did the test, ran the numbers and found 20 to be correct. Bryan Parker is definitely the man you want representing your company. more

Trent C. came today to install my new hot water heater. He talked to me at 2 am this morning because my heater was spewing water all over and I was worried that it would happen again soon. He was very concerned and helped to allay my fears and told me how to help prevent an overnight occurance. He promised to tell the office first thing in the morning and set an appointment as soon as possible. I got a call this morning at 8 am and an appointment was set up for this afternoon. I then got a call at 10 am asking if they could come EARLY. Awesome! The work was done by 1 pm and I can breathe easier. He replaced the heater, did lots of upgrades (earthquake straps, new gas lines, etc) and put in a pressure regulator. It looks great and he was extremely personable. Thank you guys. more

Our water heater was the original one from when our house was built about 20 years ago so it was time for a replacement. We found Superior Water and Air coincidentally and decided to give them a try. They contacted us promptly and when they came to give us the free in home estimate, they not only walked me through every little thing they would be doing step by step, but worked with me on the pricing until I was satisfied that we were getting the best deal possible. There was no pressuring on their end of the deal. We scheduled a time for them to come install it, and the guy that came was extremely courteous and efficient. He had the old one out and the new one in in no time. We are thrilled with the quality of the new water heater, and will definitely be calling these guys again if needs be! more

We recently had a salesman (Jim) come to our house at our request. He was very informative and answered our questions about a new tankless water heater. We then had two men (Mitch and Greg) in our home to install the new water heater. They were very professional, clean and polite. The installation was done very well. Cody Medina from Superior came to set up our duct cleaning job. He offered a better solution to our air filtration at the same time. The duct cleaning was completed by others to our complete satisfaction and Cody returned to install a new metal box to accommodate a much better air filter. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, fast-working, professional, and answered all my questions. This was our first filter replacement for the reverse osmosis system and the technician Spencer not only tested our water for hardness but checked into the functionality of our water softener after he thought the readings of his tests seemed off even though we only expected a filter installation. Superior has shown us that the performance of the entire system is their business not just the parts scheduled for maintenance more

Courtney came to do a tune-up on my furnace on 12/18/14. He started so fast that within less than 5 minutes he found a big problem from the 6/09 installation. He saved my furnace. He fixed everything. I was his last call and he stayed until it was finished. On a scale of 1-10, Courtney is a 13. He is the Best Tech I have ever had at my house. I have never seen anyone diagnose such a big problem in less than 5 minutes. I need him at my house twice a year. This guy is fantastic. more

Home Depot recommended Superior to install our new toilet. Sam arrived yesterday and promptly removed the old and put in the new.\r The floor in our bathroom has Mexican tile which is uneven. But Sam was able to make the toilet sit properly.\r We could not be happier with Sam and Superior for their service.\r Mike Runge more

Today we had Guy Coleman from Superior Water and Air to our home to give our furnace a winter tune-up. I had called yesterday but they didn't have any appointments until Jan. but due to the fact my husband was concerned that the furnace was making a funny noise they had Guy come out today. He arrived within the time allotted and called 30 min. ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely nice, professional and I would highly recommend. more

I am very pleased with the transaction and service I received for my water heater replacement from Superior Water and Air. \r \r My estimator was Dan (sorry I don't know his last name) and he utilized both phone and text to communicate effectively with me what my options were for replacing my water heater and what the costs would be for the various options. He responded to texts from me in real time without delay and allowed me to make my decision very quickly. He was available even in the evening when I was more available which I truly appreciate.\r \r My installer was Sam Reese. He was fantastic and I gave him the top score on his ""Wow"" report. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Sam found that the water heater he had brought out to our house had some damage to it and took it upon himself to get a different unit. He was back at our house within an hour with a new unit and he worked tirelessly until the unit was installed and functioning properly. He hauled our old unit out of our basement and through a very challenging back yard exit by himself even when I asked him if he needed some help. Sam did a fantastic job and represented Superior at the highest possible level. \r \r My experience has been outstanding and Superior has earned my business for the future. We are likely going to be replacing our furnace in the next 1-3 years and Superior will be the first call I make. \r \r Please make sure to recognize both Dan and Sam for their outstanding service to me.
