Jeremy Link from Superior Water and Air came to our home today to repair our water softener and change our water filters. I have to say, he is the best technician we have ever had come to our home from Superior. He called me when he was on his way to my home and even came ahead of scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. He got our water softener up and running again and returned us to fresh, clean drinking water. He is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He gave me great advice on other items that need attention, but was never pushy. I told him that I will request him every time. He is welcome in my home.
