Rich G. came to my house to check a rushing water sound that would come and go about once an hour. He immediately knew that it was coming from a toilet and he easily fixed it. My water softener had a tiny leak coming from underneath the box. He quickly fixed that too. He gave me recommendations without a hard sell, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be happy to call Superior again.
