I finally found a company that was willing to clean my ducts! Other companies either refused because they didn't want to crawl into my crawlspace or it was to complicated. Superior Water and Air did the job and I am so grateful for a job well done. Thank you! more

We had a problem with our soft water system. So after a call to Superior Water and Air, Martin A. came out to assess and repair the problem. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and ultimately had to inform us that our 30 year old system needed to be replaced. He gave us a thorough estimate, showed us what the system would look like, explained the necessary items that were going to be needed and the work that would take place. Martin gave great reviews of his company, his co-workers, and the confidence he had in their product. We made the decision to purchase a new soft water system from Superior. more

Jeff Barlow wasn't even scheduled to take care of my poorly functioning AC unit, but he went out of his way and worked longer during the hot days to make sure my family and I were taken care of! I have been a customer of Superior Water and Air for many years. They have always performed excellent and professsional service. We have used them for furnace and A/C service, tankless water heater install, and new furnace installs in both our residences. This time around we had water leaking through our main level ceiling coming from a second story bedroom. I called Superior and they sent Ben H. out the next business day. Ben was very professional and very thorough about explaining the diagnostic process and what steps and costs would be involved. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Once the problem was identified, Ben was able to quickly explain and make the repair. It turned out to be a leak in the shower fitting. NO MORE LEAK! We scheduled a time for Superior to come repair the drywall and they always do an awesome job After the service was complete and as he was leaving I asked Ben if he could look at a clogged toilet. Even though it wasn't his division (apparently toilets are a different part of the company) Ben very nicely took the time to look at the toilet and walked us through the steps that he would take to fix it (it was beyond plunging). He didn't have to take that extra time, but he did and we appreciate it. Ben helped reinforce why we like and trust Superior much. They never disappoint. - Barry N. more

Communication was great. Bought our first product 18 years ago and it came time to repair it. Got the part but the Martin went over the Pros and Cons for repair vs. replace. Did not want to spend the money but had to do it because it just made sense. It was the way he explained it and made me really review my options. In the end, very satisfied. Got out of the old age and into modern times.\r As I explained to him, now days (with the internet) it is really easy to learn, study and discuss things before buying. But...nothing is better than someone that takes the time to really explain and show you what and why things work the way they do. Also explaining how this company will be there in the event that something goes wrong. And this is not just a paper guarantee, I used them first hand and it works. The Superior Water And Air Tech, Chad G., was on time, called before coming out, and was very professional in providing an Air Conditioning start up and tune up for the coming summer. The Superior technician, Robert Flores, was very professional with the installation of the the new water softner. He was on time, very neat and left the area spotless when he was done.
