Isaiah Medina responded today to my call for help with a leaky water heater. He called ahead and arrived at the appointed time. His assessment of the situation was terminal, out of warranty hot water heater. He was able to replace the faulty unit within a couple of hours allowing me to have virtually uninterrupted service. He was efficient, friendly, and informative--great service call. I was disappointed in the original recommendation for a QR 25 gal heater by Superior and the early, but out of warranty demise--bad recommendation by you, bad choice by me.\r
