Superior Water and Air technician, Jeff Barlow, made a second visit to my home to service my Noritz Hot Water Heater. I was still receiving error codes and the heater was kicking off. Today we thought we solved the problem with the gas pressure being too high coming in from the meter. The gas company made an emergency visit and his manual water column read 7.5 inches which is ideal. It remained the same with the furnace, BBQ and water heater running. I will have to make another service request if the error messages continue. I appreciate the time and effort received by the technician as he coordinated trouble shooting with the Nortiz tech over the phone. I hope I don't have any more issues with this water heater. more

Guy and Nick were great! Not only did their price beat other quotes I've gotten, they gave me a discount for already buying the furnace from them, let me use my Home Depot card, and did a great job. Were in and out very fast, and so far I've noticed a difference (our house isn't as dusty). Definitely following up with them again! :) more

Superior Water and Air sent Jim Simone out to give us an estimate to clean our heat and A/C ducts. He was very professional and gave us several other options to consider. We opted to have the ducts cleaned and sanitized. more

Guy and Nick are fantastic! They completely cleaned my furnace blower motor, and removed all the nastiness from my air ducts. My house is brand new, and I was amazed at how much stuff was left in the vents; insulation, dry wall dust, and other air contaminants. \r \r They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and were done earlier than I thought they would be. Plus, Guy is hilarious. :) \r \r I would definitely recommend Superior Water & Air to everyone I know. Many thanks to Guy, Nick, and Superior for their service. I made the call for help with my furnace and the next morning a service technician was at my door. I appreciated the heads up phone call to let me know who was coming and when to expect him. The technician was friendly and very helpful. Levi tuned up the furnace and explained a better way to set the control panel so it would run more efficiently. He even wore boot covers on the carpet! Great service! more

Trent was our installer. He was replacing an 18 year old water heater. He arrived early, looked over the job and then went to work. He was amazing to watch. Each thing he did was precise, exacting and professional. He took the time to address my questions and to explain the code requirements items that were new or updated since 1998 as he worked on them. This was my first experience with Superior but it will not be my last. They are very professional in every way. more

Our furnace install was scheduled in one day from purchase. The installers, Justin K and Christians T were on time and worked quickly to complete our job. They were very neat and cleaned up as they went. Very quality work. Very happy with the new furnace. more

Friday December 4, 2015, I got my furnace checked and found out that I needed a new furnace. Turn off my furnace, the same day Jeff Buck came within a few hours, brought space heaters to borrow and got a good deal on a new furnace and air Conditioner. Three days later Mike Pokoraly and Brandon Nolan came in one day got new furnace and air conditioner in. Also Mike came back the next day and put in a new water heater. (which I needed also) Mike called Jeff and made arrangements and did the paperwork for the water heater. AMAZING. Jeff Buck, Mike Pokoraly and Brandon Nolan is AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL. I will refer Superior Water and Air to family and friends. No problems and it went smooth. GREAT. \r Angela L. more

Here are the words I would use to describe Mike Parry and the Superior Water and Air team. WOW, WOW, WOW! Mike arrived on time and was very informative and upfront about the work he would be doing. I found him to be very amicable. I could have talked to him for hours. He was very professional in every aspect. If there was a part that needed to be replaced and it was an extra cost, he explained to us the need for the replacement to assure the utmost efficient outcome for our new water softener, and reverse osmosis system. I have been a satisfied Superior Water customer for several years now! Their whole entire company seems to have a genuine respect and patience for each and every customer. Their products are fabulous too! We love our soft water and purified drinking water systems and would be very sad without them. We had an air-conditioner that didn't work and needed the pre-winter furnace check-up. Jeff Barlow did both and was great. I was impressed with him right off when he put on shoe coverings before stepping into my home. He identified and fixed our air-conditioner and also found a problem with our furnace that he quickly fixed. I would recommend this company and this employee to my neighbors. Kathy Cardon more
