I was very happy with the professional service I received from Superior Water and Air. From my very first call for service Tami offered her call back number if I had any questions. Martin responded and assessed the problems with my 25 year old system honestly and explained them understandably. A ""not to exceed"" quote was given to me which was very fair. I was surprised that my work was scheduled as quickly as it was, it being Memorial Day weekend. And, as promised, Rich called ahead and arrived as scheduled. I was very impressed with his work ethic. There was no wasted time, there were no short cuts taken or shortages of equipment. In fact, additional parts were added to the system to bring the system up to code. The project was completely tested and fully explained to me. Everything was cleaned up. All in all this company is professional in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior to anyone.
