Jared K installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system. Jared was very enjoyable to work with. He was extremely conscientious and made sure we understand everything that he was doing. He also went above to fix a plumbing problem that wasn't correct. I would suggest them. He also made sure things were done the correct way and not just the easy way. It made his job harder, but we appreciated it. more

It was just a week ago since the arrival of John Roswell and Peter Eckelens to my door to install my 110,000 BTU furnace through my contact with Superior Water and Air at the Bountiful, Utah area Costco store display and after reading the Costco Connection Magazine article to spur my need to replace a 20 year old furnace. I was alerted to the offer on the hunch that the Costco connection would offer a reliable company. I think my analysis has proven to be true. My initial contact with salesman Rick Davis was informative, but not pressured. I was so enthused about the resultant installation that I initially wrote a two page review that surpassed the 4,000 character limit, here. All of the superlatives of possible praise mentioned by other happy recipients were met and surpassed by my gentleman installers. I heartily thank this superb Utah American Business. I am now considering rewarding the company with further business. I was so enraptured by the process that during the installation and in need of a little heat, I whipped up a sweet potato pie to thank the installers for their efforts which the men did not turn down, not having eaten during the 8 hours of constant work momentum to achieve my comfort. We've used Superior Water and Air for years because of their outstanding service and today was no different. It was time for our annual RO filter change and water softener checkup. Our service technician, Mike Parry, was super friendly and super knowledgeable. I had a few questions and he gave me a great overview of how all the components worked. I have had work done on the furnace, air conditioner, replace water heater with a Tankless water heater, and now replaced the water softener. I would give them a 10+ every time for their politeness, time efficiency, cleanup, and honesty. I would never go to any other company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering or needing help. THANK-YOU SUPERIOR WATER &AIR!!! We have had on going water issues in our basement. We finally realized that it was our water heaters leaking. Superior was right on it!! They came out the same day and put in a loaner water heater because they were booked up for 2 days but didn't want us to be left in a mess. The came out as scheduled in the morning and actually found several plumbing issues in the basement that they also fixed while they were installing our new tankless water heater. Mitch/Sam/Parker were awesome to work with and knew their stuff. I am so excited to have more room with the old water heaters gone and they cleaned everything thing up and made sure that they left it in better shape than when they started! That is rare with contractors. They had to cut into my drywall and they are sending someone out to fix that as well. I also had an issue with a drain that they said had a blockage and they arranged for someone to come out and take care of that for us also. It was the total package!! Thankx soooo much!!! more

We have had two issues, one was with our kitchen faucet that happened going on 2 weeks ago and now a problem with our bathroom faucet. We have a water filter system through Superior so called them to see if they could help. We welcomed a very friendly man, Trent who took care of both issues in no time at all; we were so happy with the work he did. It is good to know that with any plumbing issue we may have, that Superior has a man who can help and is friendly and courteous. He is a real asset to Superior. Thanks Trent for all you did. more

Being a Clinton city resident, we were caught up in the E. coli situation. We have a water softener system from Superior Water. Called them and they made room on their schedule for treating our system for the E Coli. Service technician Justin was on time. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous at all times. We could not have been more impressed with the service we received. Talk about a WOW factor in service. Our family has been researching Air Filtration/Purifiers for a few months and thought we would test-try out a small unit in our home. I have severe allergies to pet dandruff and outside pollen. I wasn't expecting a huge improvement but that is exactly what we saw! We got an awesome deal and quote and scheduled installation! All of the employees working in our home were professional and did not detour from their job. They did detailed work and got the job done! Cleaned out our air vents in a proficient and timely manner as well as helped unblock a vent that had a soda can in it from the builders! I was given easy instructions on when and how to take care of our air scrubber as well as filter. I feel that they did an outstanding job, cleaned up their mess and helped us have a new start to clean air in our home! Thank you Cody, Tyler and Quentin, and Especially Jeff Buck. Superior Water and Air did an installation of vents and duct work. This was done on time, professionally and expertly. We use Superior for our softner system, RO system, and air conditioner/heating systems. We find them to be reasonably priced. They keep appointment times and each technician has been friendly and professional.\r \r For the vent installation, Darrin, John W, and Spencer took the time to understand the needs, offer a great solution and then protect the carpet and walls during installation. I highly recommend Superior and will use them again. more
