I LOVE LOVE LOVE the water that O Premium provides. We've had service for just under 2 years. \r \r In those two years we've been thru I think 5 water coolers. Each time one ...

Water: who thought it could be so expensive! 6/6/2008

This company really is a ripoff. They charge you an initiation fee which you think you are paying for the first month. Then they say you are in arrears after you try to close your account. You have to send them a notice 30 days in advance to cancel by mail. They have 2 different types of water. We asked for the electro lite water but only got the so called purified water. Our dog would not touch the stuff. \r They tell you that you are paying for all the water you can drink in a month for the $44.41 they charge a month but when you try to order more they tell you there will be a $10 delivery fee. They charge you for a deposit for each bottle that you get. This has ended up costing us a fortune. We could have gone to Sams and bought a water dispenser and water for a year for what we have spent in the last 5 months and I'm sure we are not finished yet! Pros: There was nothing pro about it Cons: Everything more

Lie, Cheat, and Steal. If you want bad service sign up with O Premium Waters 4/23/2008

In December 2007 a sales rep, Edward Hunts, came to our door and said ""How would you like 30 days of free water service?"" That line got their feet into our door. He explained that we got unlimited water for 39.99 a month with month to month payments, and that we could cancel any time and not be charged another cent. He seemed like a really nice guy. He said when we referred someone we would get a free month of service. Well we had just moved to the area and didn't know anyone. So he said ""You know what, you are nice people. The next house we sign up we will put your name down as a referral and you'll get another free month of service."" Wow, this guy was great! Ha ha ha! In January our account was charged first $15.99. This apparently was for the water bottle deposit, which we were never told about. A few days later we were charged 44.39, our first bill. Which was promised by Edward that we got a free month. I called Edward and he said ""Oh there's been a mistake. I'll talk to customer service and have that taken care of for you."" Nothing happened. Called customer service ourselves and they said no such promotion existed. Same thing happened in February. I again called Edward, he was ""with a customer and I will call you right back, I promise!"" No call back. I again called customer service. They again said no such promotion existed. I asked to talk to a manager, was asked to hold, ""Sandy"" said she'd talked to the manager and they would give us a free month due to the hassle and called it ""customer satisfaction"". We called CS at the beginning of March, to see how to cancel our service because we were moving and they said they needed a 30 day written notice, which we sent. he said nothing more would be charged to our account and that they would come pick up our equipment. In April our account was charged $137 for a bunch of fees nobody told us about. Called CS 4 times in one day and ended up speaking to the VP of customer service, who still would not refund our money. Pros: Good Water. Cons: No integrity. Misleading sales reps. Rude and horrible customer serivce. more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 3/25/2008

We had service with OPremium for 2 years. The water IS good. The service is BAD. After 2 years we decided enough and we were also moving. We called to cancel and were told to give 30 days in writing. OK I did that, but then there was no water delivery to our home. I contacted them on the website, since its difficult to get through to a real person. I asked if we had to give 30 days at least we could get water for those 30 days. I got an attitude from the rep ""Sandy"" which is fictitous name. They are all ""Sandy""....a little weird.\r Anyhow, we got a delivery. After the 30 days, we since moved, so I emailed the info of our new address so they could pick up the cooler and bottles. \r Well the email was ignored and $304.24 was taken out of my account. Needless to say my husband and I were furious. I demanded the money be replaced in my account. \r Of course it hasnt been YET! They claim this is a charge for equipment i still have although i did inform them where to pick it up.\r 3 days ago the cooler and bottles were picked up after several calls on my part.\r I am now told the money will be refunded 3 to 5 business days. \r I am not holding my breath. I am sure I am going to have to fight to get this refunded.\r DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OPREMIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Terrible customer service and lying sales rep committed FRAUD 3/19/2008

So my wife was paid a visit by one of O Premiums sales reps. He was going door to door through our apartments, and my wife was told that he had a special deal. $13.99 for all the water we want. She signed the contract and paid their $50 startup fee, along with the bottle deposit. Well, the first delivery takes place and they leave our water. Great! Good water. Then, we get a call a few weeks later that they are ready to deliver again and we need to put our empties out. We do so, and for 4 days they sit. We call O Premium and, similar to everyone else's issues, we are told that we are lying, the driver came by and there were no bottles out. The customer service rep was a real piece of sh@t, and when we asked for a manager we were dumped to voicemail, and ended up leaving several messages that went unreturned. Now for the best part. We call again a week later to try and get some water delivered. The CS rep says that we are behind on our payment, and refuses to speak with us. She dumps us over to collections. The collections guy states that our payment of 43.99 was not accepted by the bank. Now, we tell this guy that our plan is for 13.99, and want to know why they are trying to bill our CC, when we only authorized its use for the setup fee. Apparently these folks DO NOT SEND OUT BILLS!!! So I take my contract down and meet with a manager, who was very polite, and show him that my contract very cleary displays $13.99 all over the place, Turns out the sh$thead sales guy wrote the contract, made the 1 a 4 after he left, and set up for direct bill thinking that we would be none the wiser. It is amazing that so many customers have the same issues with the customer service. Pros: Quality of their product Cons: Customer Service more

Worst Customer Service on the Planet 3/14/2008

Yeah, yeah, the water is great, but once you actually need service from a human being the trouble begins. After 4 years as a customer, I began looking at competitors for a better price. Found a great deal and called O Waters and asked them to match it. The salesman told me I'd be better off to take the other deal. Once I decided to cancel O Waters, I called in and was told that I needed to cancel in writing. They received my notice 2 days after our route manager picked up all of our bottles. A few days later a rep called to schedule a pick up of our cooler, even though we were told at the beginning of our contract that the cooler would be ours to keep after the 1st year. That was the first time I had heard of the infamous 30 day cancellation policy, I told them to come get their cooler ASAP. Once the cooler was gone, I called customer service and asked for the 30 day policy to be waived since I had taken no water during the month and the cooler was back at O. Actually I called customer service 4 times that day, I was denied each time and left messages with two managers and the cancellation department. I immediately contacted O through their website explaining the situation. Sandy replied asking what O could do to keep my business. I explained that I just wanted the fee in question to be waived. Sandy's reply was "" no, I'm sorry but the cancellation manager will not waive the 30 days."" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH O PREMIUM WATERS! Cons: extremely bad, horrid, awful, offensive, appaling, intolerable customer service more

Horrible Service, Lying and Cheating Company, Terrible Business Practice, Rude Reps and Managers. 2/14/2008

I had not received my water for the month. I called in and was accused of lying by one of the customer service reps. But this is one of the MANY rude and horrible happenings. It started about three years ago when we had a terrible driver. He left dirty messages on our door, and he refused to give us our unlimited water (we were on the unlimited water plan.) When we called to complain the lady yelled at me over the phone. This went on for months until he was reassigned. We were on the $37.99 unlimited water plan and now we pay over $70. We also have a limit of 15 bottles every two weeks which is now 30 bottles a month. The """"restrictions"""" are nowhere to be found on their website. The most recent event, first mentioned, happened as such. We were supposed to receive our water on Wednesday the 13th of February. We did not get water. I called and left a message that was never returned. When I called the next day the lady accused me of lying. I had put my bottles out the night before and she said that I was lying. Not only that the driver had written down that we had not left our bottles out. He also said he left us two bottles (which he didn?t.) When she was told this she called me a liar and said that she would give us a free delivery anyways. I asked for a manager. She said I was either talking to a manager or getting my free delivery. I said that no, I would get both, and that is when she said you cant have it both ways and dumped me into the managers voicemail. I left a message and called back and spoke with a much nicer lady. I explained what happened and she said that no one acts like that. I said its been happening for 3 years and yes, they do. I let her know that I would be cancelling my water service and that is when she explained that I was behind a payment. I have never missed a payment. I was baffled and asked how this was so and she explained that I had payed for December's payment, which I thought was January's, and I owed them for January. Pros: Good clean water Cons: terrible service, rude reps, horrible contracts, lying and cheating company, terrible business practice more

Rude Irresponsible Employees 2/7/2008

I am not a customer. On Thursday, February 07, 2008, at 12:15 pm, one of their vans (# 149) used our landscaping to turn around. In the process the two men in the van were laughing and having a good time as the van?s tires spun out through the rocks and even down into the dirt.\r I witnessed this as I was getting into my car to leave and pick up my kids from school. When the driver saw me watching them they abruptly stopped laughing and then proceeded to pull up behind blocking me in and preventing me from leaving. This move and his following tone seemed to me to be a move to intimidate me and not to sell me water as I was trying to leave. Pros: Their ability to waste your time :-) Cons: Poor Representatives more

BEWARE!!! O Premium Waters / Good water unexplainably horrible service 1/15/2008

On January 10th 2008 a sales representative of O premium waters approached my home offering for sale O premium water delivery services. I was told by this representative that the ""Value Plus Plan"" was an all you can drink plan and in his exact words "" As much as you can drink "", I was told that cases of individual bottled water would be included, they deliver every two weeks, and I would receive my 8 bottles every two weeks until I called in to add bottles to my account at 1.99 per bottle for a bottle deposit and past 10 bottles the deposit would increase to 5 dollars per bottle, at this time we decided to try 24 bottles per month so I would only have to add 4 bottles to have 12 delivered every two weeks. I was told after asking if I could get delivery's every week because of my concern on housing more than a 6 bottles at a time, that if I called customer service they could set up additional delivery's however they would first give me bottle stackers for ""FREE""! I signed up and was told I would receive a phone call to set up delivery ""dates"". The morning of Monday January 14th, having gone through the 4 bottles the sales representative left me with on January 10th, I called O premium waters to set up my delivery dates, only to run into the fact that EVERYTHING I was told was in fact entirely incorrect and in truth an out right LIE! The customer service representative informed me that they only deliver ONCE every four weeks, it would be 8 bottles per MONTH rather than 8 bottles bi-weekly. Because of this I would have to add 16 bottles at 5.00 dollars a bottle for a deposit in order to get the amount of bottles needed per delivery. The ""Value Plus Plan"" "" All you can drink"" was in fact limited to 20 bottles per month unless you upgrade your plan, and might I add that it states this NO WHERE in the contract that I signed. So my households daily water consumption needs would not even be MET!! O premium did nothing to resolve or compensate these blatant lies! Pros: Great Water Cons: Inhumane customer service and ethics more

horrible customer service and questionable equipment 1/10/2008

Very competitive pricing; however, the incorrect cooler was delivered and it took two phone calls to rectify. Three messages regarding a leaky cooler were ignored. The rugs in my office are damaged from the leaks. I still have to pay for another month of service and O Premium tried to charge an additional fee to pick up their equipment! Not at all satisfied and will never recommend. Pros: inexpensive product Cons: once contract is signed, customer seems to be ignored. more

Horrible Service 1/3/2008

The delivery was originally twice in a month which went to once in 3 weeks and then to once a month while the number of bottles did not change. The delivery schedule also changed number of times and now when I want to cancel the service they are simply not responding. While the monthly payment is automatically deducted from my bank I was told by the customer service person that I would need to write a letter to the company. No additional details were provided and no replies to my emails.\r \r Please do not sign a contract with this company.\r Pros: Good Water Cons: Bad Service, Rude Employees, Undependable, Hidden Process more

Poor Customer Service. Unstable Delivery Dates 1/2/2008

What more can be said. O Premium waters talk a good talk yet when it comes down to it they do NOT deliver as promised. They continually change delivery dates and the amount of water they are to deliver they fail to do as promised. When you call their offices to complain you get the run around. Not reliable. We DO NOT RECOMMEND O Premium Water to anyone. Cons: Deceiptful practices, does not deliver as promised, changes delivery dates without notice, amount of water promised is not what they deliver more

horrible company to deal with. sign up cheap, then up up up 12/2/2007

if i were able to give this company a zero rating , i would. they come on strong with marketing and promises, and everything is good for a short time , as long as you want to play by their rules. but when it comes time for this company to follow thru with what was set forth in the contract , they will do anything to worm out of it. from the amounts of water per month , to the frquency of deliveries , to the immediate escallation of fees , and the unwillingness to stop taking money from my account . i do not reccomend this water company , and unfortunately there is no-one else to reccomend. Pros: none that i found Cons: rude employees, poor mngmnt., frequent change of policy more

Good Product; Horrible, Uncaring Customer Service 10/18/2007

I will start with the good about O Waters. They have great tasting, quality water and offer the cooler included in your service. If this were a quality of product review alone they would have 5 stars, but it is not. The bad far outweighs the good in my opinion. The service is too expensive (33.99 a month for all you can drink) and the customer service is poor to say the least. I tried to cancel my families service after being a customer for 5 years due to the fact that it was too pricy in my opinion. I was forced to leave a message for their ""cancellation dept"" and a call was not returned. I repeated my action the next day with the same result. I finally called in on the regular customer service line and was told that I should speak with the ""cancelletion dept"" which was apparently MIA and nobody seemed to be looking for them. In the end I never reached the rumored ""cancellation dept"" and had to call the customer service area again and insist on be helped with my cancellation. I have now been advised that I must write a letter to the ""cancellation dept"" and I will receive a call from whatever cave they are in advising me what needs to take place to cancel. I know I am being dramatic and extreme in making a point, but do you really want to do business with a company that can take your money from your bank account automatically each month but needs a letter written on a stone tablet delivered by a caveman to cancel your service if needed? I think not....... Pros: Great product; cooler included Cons: Everything service related more

Horrible Customer Service. Uses Long Term Contracts. Poor Customer Service. Failed to Deliver 9/6/2007

Horrible Customer Service. Uses Long Term Contracts. Poor Customer Service. \r They Failed to Deliver 3 consecutive times yet continues to debit our account.\r \r FACT: When O Premium Waters failed to deliver 3 consecutive times I Went to their offices to cancel. \r Was told by receptionist that my contract states I must give 30-days written notice and a $59.99 cancellation fee. [So it costs over $100.00 to cancel service.] While at their offices I said that \r since I had to pay for the remaining 30-days they should deliver the water I am paying for. \r Clerk said OK. On regular scheduled delivery date guess what? You got it they failed to show \r up agan. \r \r \r FACT: O Premium Waters locks you into a long term contract with heavy cancellation fees.\r \r FACT: They have already been investigated by the state Attorner General's Office for fraud. \r \r FACT: Information on Attorney General Website Shows such investigation. O Premium Waters website is deceiving. They claim they were found not guilty. Wrong. O Premium Waters even paid the AG's office for the time and money spent on their investigation. That was part of the settlement.\r \r FACT: When I contacted Sandy at O Premium Waters about my deliveries that never showed up she kept changing the dates (I still have all of her emails showing all the changes). Then when they did not arrive as she stated she sent another email saying my delivery date would be next week. As one could imagine next week never comes.\r \r Cons: Misleads Customers. Uses Long Term Contracts. High Cancellation Fees. Poor Customer Service, Failed to Deliver more

horrible customer service, will never use again and will NEVER recommend 4/5/2007

We signed up for OPremium in December, and the guy that came to talk to us was so abrupt that I felt like the only way to get rid of him was to sign up, afterall, we could stop the service at anytime. For the first few weeks it was actually very nice to have the water there at our fingertips, but unfortuantely my daughters thought it was a new toy and after weeks of promises of child-locks being delivered the only reason we got them was because I threatned to cancel the service. This past month we got a new fridge that has a filtration system that gives us better water, so I called to cancel the service. I was told I could not do that without a 30 day written request, to which I threatned to call the better business beurau and legal action. They then decided that it was okay to charge me for this month, when I no longer even have their water or cooler. They are horrible with their customer service and they will be getting a lot of negative publicity about this. Pros: cheap Cons: horrible customer service and in my opinion a scam more

Best Bottled Water Delivery Service in Phoenix 3/24/2007

My kids love Opremium water. Even when we are out at a restaraunt they give us the ""oohh that's not good"" look. I think it's funny but it speaks volume about Opremium's water and the taste. \r \r We have had their service for almost a year now and have never had an issue with delivery or customer service. We put the water bottles out and they replace them. We've never had a problem with customer service either.\r \r Opremium doesn't charge for the water cooler and you won't get charged extra for deliveries. It's month-to-month and the same price no matter how much water you get. So for our family it really helps in the summer. Pros: water taste, free water cooler, free deliveries more

water delivery 3/23/2007

Have had O'Premium for a while, yes they are the cheapest and no contract to sign, but as they say you get what you pay for. It seems that the driver can not see 10 5 gallon empty water bottles sitting on our front step for exchange (this is the 4th time in 6 months). Non responsive to e-mails and its a miracle to actually get a live person any more. At this point I want to express my dissatifaction of it all and we will be signing a contract w/another company tomorrow. Pros: cheap & no contract Cons: limit to how many bottles and bad customer service all around more

Switch Bottled Water Service 1/9/2006

We had been getting Arrowhead for a while but I guess with the gas prices rising everyone feels the need to pass along their cost to the consumer, bottle charge increase, cooler increase, etc. We started checking with some other companies around town to get our bottled water service and found O Premium Waters. We made the switch and are glad we did. Did they pass along the increase in prices to us? Nope. In fact to keep us at the same price per month they have gone to a 3 week delivery which is what we have been used to. Bravo. Thanks O Premium. We highly recommend. Pros: Price Value, Product Value, Service more

O Premium Waters has the best water in Arizona 12/13/2005

Purified water is the best a person can drink. When I moved into Phoenix I searched for ANY bottled water delivery company that had purified water and I only found 1, O Premium Waters. Thank You O Premium Waters. I can't tell you what a relief it is know that there is a company out there that knows what they are doing. Many companies talk about their spring water and how good it is but I really don't know what minerals and other things that are in their water. It could be straight from the tap. With O Premium, I know what I am getting, H2O and that's it. Thanks O and keep up the great work. Pros: purity, customer service, delivery Cons: only in Phoenix more

The Best Bottled Water in Phoenix 11/3/2005

I have had delivery service from other companies but when comparing the taste of the water, service and the amount of water we get monthly, there isn't a service here in Phoenix that compares. We don't pay a monthly fee for the cooler, delivery charge and we get as much water as we want for the same price each month. If you haven't checked out O Premium, you should.
