We signed up for OPremium in December, and the guy that came to talk to us was so abrupt that I felt like the only way to get rid of him was to sign up, afterall, we could stop the service at anytime. For the first few weeks it was actually very nice to have the water there at our fingertips, but unfortuantely my daughters thought it was a new toy and after weeks of promises of child-locks being delivered the only reason we got them was because I threatned to cancel the service. This past month we got a new fridge that has a filtration system that gives us better water, so I called to cancel the service. I was told I could not do that without a 30 day written request, to which I threatned to call the better business beurau and legal action. They then decided that it was okay to charge me for this month, when I no longer even have their water or cooler. They are horrible with their customer service and they will be getting a lot of negative publicity about this.
Pros: cheap
Cons: horrible customer service and in my opinion a scam
