Review content:
In December 2007 a sales rep, Edward Hunts, came to our door and said ""How would you like 30 days of free water service?"" That line got their feet into our door. He explained that we got unlimited water for 39.99 a month with month to month payments, and that we could cancel any time and not be charged another cent. He seemed like a really nice guy. He said when we referred someone we would get a free month of service. Well we had just moved to the area and didn't know anyone. So he said ""You know what, you are nice people. The next house we sign up we will put your name down as a referral and you'll get another free month of service."" Wow, this guy was great! Ha ha ha! In January our account was charged first $15.99. This apparently was for the water bottle deposit, which we were never told about. A few days later we were charged 44.39, our first bill. Which was promised by Edward that we got a free month. I called Edward and he said ""Oh there's been a mistake. I'll talk to customer service and have that taken care of for you."" Nothing happened. Called customer service ourselves and they said no such promotion existed. Same thing happened in February. I again called Edward, he was ""with a customer and I will call you right back, I promise!"" No call back. I again called customer service. They again said no such promotion existed. I asked to talk to a manager, was asked to hold, ""Sandy"" said she'd talked to the manager and they would give us a free month due to the hassle and called it ""customer satisfaction"". We called CS at the beginning of March, to see how to cancel our service because we were moving and they said they needed a 30 day written notice, which we sent. he said nothing more would be charged to our account and that they would come pick up our equipment. In April our account was charged $137 for a bunch of fees nobody told us about. Called CS 4 times in one day and ended up speaking to the VP of customer service, who still would not refund our money. Pros: Good Water. Cons: No integrity. Misleading sales reps. Rude and horrible customer serivce.
