The delivery was originally twice in a month which went to once in 3 weeks and then to once a month while the number of bottles did not change. The delivery schedule also changed number of times and now when I want to cancel the service they are simply not responding. While the monthly payment is automatically deducted from my bank I was told by the customer service person that I would need to write a letter to the company. No additional details were provided and no replies to my emails.\r
