Review content:
Have had O'Premium for a while, yes they are the cheapest and no contract to sign, but as they say you get what you pay for. It seems that the driver can not see 10 5 gallon empty water bottles sitting on our front step for exchange (this is the 4th time in 6 months). Non responsive to e-mails and its a miracle to actually get a live person any more. At this point I want to express my dissatifaction of it all and we will be signing a contract w/another company tomorrow.
Pros: cheap & no contract
Cons: limit to how many bottles and bad customer service all around
