Terrible customer service and lying sales rep committed FRAUD 3/19/2008

So my wife was paid a visit by one of O Premiums sales reps. He was going door to door through our apartments, and my wife was told that he had a special deal. $13.99 for all the water we want. She signed the contract and paid their $50 startup fee, along with the bottle deposit. Well, the first delivery takes place and they leave our water. Great! Good water. Then, we get a call a few weeks later that they are ready to deliver again and we need to put our empties out. We do so, and for 4 days they sit. We call O Premium and, similar to everyone else's issues, we are told that we are lying, the driver came by and there were no bottles out. The customer service rep was a real piece of sh@t, and when we asked for a manager we were dumped to voicemail, and ended up leaving several messages that went unreturned. Now for the best part. We call again a week later to try and get some water delivered. The CS rep says that we are behind on our payment, and refuses to speak with us. She dumps us over to collections. The collections guy states that our payment of 43.99 was not accepted by the bank. Now, we tell this guy that our plan is for 13.99, and want to know why they are trying to bill our CC, when we only authorized its use for the setup fee. Apparently these folks DO NOT SEND OUT BILLS!!! So I take my contract down and meet with a manager, who was very polite, and show him that my contract very cleary displays $13.99 all over the place, Turns out the sh$thead sales guy wrote the contract, made the 1 a 4 after he left, and set up for direct bill thinking that we would be none the wiser. It is amazing that so many customers have the same issues with the customer service. Pros: Quality of their product Cons: Customer Service more
