Horrible Customer Service. Uses Long Term Contracts. Poor Customer Service. \r They Failed to Deliver 3 consecutive times yet continues to debit our account.\r \r FACT: When O Premium Waters failed to deliver 3 consecutive times I Went to their offices to cancel. \r Was told by receptionist that my contract states I must give 30-days written notice and a $59.99 cancellation fee. [So it costs over $100.00 to cancel service.] While at their offices I said that \r since I had to pay for the remaining 30-days they should deliver the water I am paying for. \r Clerk said OK. On regular scheduled delivery date guess what? You got it they failed to show \r up agan. \r \r \r FACT: O Premium Waters locks you into a long term contract with heavy cancellation fees.\r \r FACT: They have already been investigated by the state Attorner General's Office for fraud. \r \r FACT: Information on Attorney General Website Shows such investigation. O Premium Waters website is deceiving. They claim they were found not guilty. Wrong. O Premium Waters even paid the AG's office for the time and money spent on their investigation. That was part of the settlement.\r \r FACT: When I contacted Sandy at O Premium Waters about my deliveries that never showed up she kept changing the dates (I still have all of her emails showing all the changes). Then when they did not arrive as she stated she sent another email saying my delivery date would be next week. As one could imagine next week never comes.\r \r Cons: Misleads Customers. Uses Long Term Contracts. High Cancellation Fees. Poor Customer Service, Failed to Deliver more
