Once again this company took the time and effort to check everything on 2 systems. James explained clearly the one problem he found. I look forward to Reliable's visits because they come early instead of being late. they call ahead to let you know their arrival time. James was very kind and courteous. They are the best I've ever had for a/c service!!! more

Today I had lighting installation and Jeremy Ward was not only fast, but pleasant and cleaned all the debris when he was completed. I have used Reliable for everything, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. They do everything. And the price was great. I will definitely use them again. more

We had a problem with the Heat Pump upstairs tripping the breaker and would trip again immediately when trying to reset. We called Reliable in the morning and they sent someone out the same day. Ricky Johnson came out and looked at the outside unit, the breaker box and then got up in the attic to look at the Heat Pump. He figured it out pretty quickly and a short time later we are all set! more

Called 30 minutes prior to showing up. Knew exactly what he was doing. I had a previous tech look at the problem and told me I needed a new furnace. Reliable tech found a simple solution to the issue and now my furnace is functioning as it should! Thanks guys!\r \r Friendly, knowledgable and successfully resolved my problem. more

About three weeks ago, my water heater died. Leaking all over the garage and basically at a point of uselessness. I'm on a very fixed income as I am disabled from 9/11 and was desperately trying to find someone to finance a new water heater. The woman, Carol, helped me apply for a home improvement loan which I was sadly turned down for. I continued to call other companies throughout the morning with no success. At around noon, Reliable called me back and said that they PERSONALLY would finance the new water heater at a very reasonable monthly fee. They promised to have someone at the house by early evening and then surprised me again by calling right back to tell me that they happened to have two technicians in my town and that they would be by in 20 minutes. They showed up and in two hours had a gorgeous, brand new water heater put in. They even gave me a one month grace period to make my first payment. Reliable Heating and Air has a customer for life in me and I completely endorse them for all of your heating and air needs.\r Thank you Reliable. more

Great Service Our home is over 25 years old and we have a dog and so the ventilation was in need of a good cleaning. Josh . was very timely and thorough. He was very meticulous and neat. Cleaned everything very well, vacuumed up, replaced all vents. Josh is very conscientious, professional and pleasant and dependable. I was very comfortable having him in the home. Sales: Bill B and Rodney R, Chad @ Lowes\r Installers: Darrel, Clayton and Deon\r Air Duct Techs: David and David\r I would like to comment on a recent new install I had done. My experience started with walking into Lowes and coming in contact with Bill Boston. Bill then put me in touch with the sales engineer, Rodney who came to our home with Chad(Lowes Sales). They even brought 2 Windows Units as our home was without AC and was around 87-88F during the time of the sales pitch. We opted for the 16Seer Trane unit with Comfort Guard, Aprilaire (for 99.9% allergan free filtering) as well as Air duct cleaning which was just recently done by David and David. Excellent job with the Air Duct cleaning. I did jump ahead, but I should say that we pulled the trigger and 2 days later we were visited by the Tech lead installer, Darrel, assisted by Clayton. Later another Reliable guy (Deon) came by and hooked up the Comfort Guard system. Everyone was super professional. I have to comment on the professionalism and level of workmanship all of the guys: Bill B, Rodney R., Darrel and Clayton (installers) and Air Duct Cleaners (David and David). Also the thermostat Trane XL850 rocks and is integrated into my Smart Home system with Amazon Echo and I can control it via voice!!!!! Alexa - set themostat to 77 degrees - walah - it's set. Also the Comfort Guard that is available is like having Vital Signs at the hospital on the patient. The minute something starts acting up, the guys there at Reliable know about it ahead of time and can jump into action. Anyways - we are happy!!!! more
