Oh, to have air again! Brett K and Jeff C were right on time as they promised to replace our old unit. They were timely, honest and efficient. I have used reliable for electrical work as well and was very impressed. My experience with Reliable is that they are reliable and I will definitely use them again. Great service from beginning to finishEdit My Review » .From the moment we contacted this company we had excellent service. Our AC went out and was very old. It was determined that we needed a new furnace and AC unit. Scott, the Comfort Specialist came out quickly, listened to our needs and determined just what we needed for our home. The price that he quoted us was about half of what another company had quoted us for the same installations! Chris and Craig did our installation. They were extremely polite and very efficient. A plumbing problem came up during the installation and Taylor and another plumber came out quickly. They, too were extremely polite and efficient. The entire process was completed as promised with no hidden costs and on time. We are very happy with the entire process! \r more

Honest, Efficient, and Quick Plumber!\r Taylor and Victor were at my home today to help with a hot water heater problem. Another big company had already been out and said that I had no choice but to replace the H20 Heater. Taylor went through all my options up front and honestly. He fixed my problem without installing a new water heater! He could have come in and sold me that unneeded appliance, and given that the other company said I needed it, I would have done it. His honesty and hard/good work has earned me as a continuing customer for him and his company! When I do need a water heater or any other plumbing repair, I'll call Reliable, and I'll ask for Taylor. THANK YOU! WELL DONE! more

I was very please with the service experience from Reliable Heating and AC especially my technician Conor Morris. From the time he called me to let me know he was on his way to the time he left the premise, he was cordial and knowledgeable. He told me everything he was doing to my AC. Conor advised me what the pressure should be, what the capacity readings were and what they should be. As long as I have been getting my AC service by another company, I have never been given this info and treated as a value customer. I will continue to use Reliable. Thanks Conor and Reliable, continue to provide this quality of service and you will a customer for life. . more

I tried two nights ago to install a kitchen sink but failed miserably. I had changed out a toilet seat earlier that day lol - thought I was ready for sink installation! (We've now been without a kitchen sink for two days.) Apparently the two pieces I couldn't get to work required a special tool which I didn't have (nor did I know it existed!) Poorest customer service and work product I've experienced in awhile. Reliable (HA!) took over a month to decide I needed to buy an entire new system and wouldn't honor the Trane warranty. Another company fixed my problem in 15 minutes with a new switch ... using the Trane Warranty!! more

Had a great experience with Reliable in Woodstock when we were shopping for a new heat/air unit. Our sales person, Kyle, arrived right on time and was very informative. He knew what he was talking about, communicating it in a way I could understand. He laid out all our options and arranged our appointment in a very timely manner. When the technicians, Raul and Ram, arrived, they went right to work and finished much quicker than I anticipated. They were really friendly, which I appreciate, and they knew exactly what they were doing. We are very pleased with our new unit and how easily the whole process was. With a really great warranty, I recommend this company to anyone in need. They are a really professional company. You won't be disappointed. more
