John H.,Clevann D, Ryan and another technician (sorry I forgot his name) spent the day replacing our very old water heater and A/C system. They were all professional and courteous, taking the time to carefully explain the new system. The gentlemen made sure that all areas surrounding the work space were covered to prevent damage to the flooring. John didn't leave until he was sure that everything was cleaned. Very impressed with this team. more

We hired Reliable because they are just that! We live in a 56 year old house that needed new heating and air installed. With that they have to remove all of the old heating and venting structure in crawl space, to that add new venting structure and heater and outside a new A/C unit. Also we had them add insulation in attic and completely enclose the crawl space. What that means is plastic is place on ground and up foundation to a certain point. The employees were very polite and professional. I recommend them highly ! We had Marty's team 1st to uninstall of heater and install new heater and add central Trane A/C. Then for insulation in the house we had Beltzer's team, all were excellent and professional . Thank you Reliable, Betsy Hester more

Reliable exceeded my expectations by a lot - solved my problem in a tight time frame and for a fair price. Customer service was efficient and pleasant, Electrical Department manager did a great job of covering my issue by phone so that he could send the right technician. The technician was outstanding, he worked hard on a complex issue, found the solution and fixed my problem. All of this was done with each person exhibiting a great attitude. Over the last 6 months we have had contractors of every specialty in our house for a major renovation. I wish I had called Reliable before. They will be my first call going forward. more

We recently had to have our heating and cooling system replaced. Our experience with Reliable Heating and Air was outstanding in every aspect of the replacement process. I especially liked the way we were contacted by phone to confirm appointments, notify us about an estimated arrival time, and notify us of their arrival before coming to the door. Our estimator was on time and provided us with a complete estimate of all services to be provided. Our installment team, Torri and Donnie, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They completed the day-long installation in a timely manner and took care to assure that everything was working well and that we knew how to use the new equipment before leaving. There were no surprises during the entire process--the beginning estimate was the final cost. We will definitely be using Reliable Heating & Air for any future home performance needs. Five-star service from beginning to end. more

We replaced our air conditioning and furnace back in May of this year. We had wonderful service then. I felt like they really worked hard to find the products we needed for our house and were mindful of our budget and needs. Now that we needed heat, we found that the heat was not turning on which made for a chilly night and morning. I called and they had a technician out to my house on the same day. He was on time, prompt, and friendly. I appreciate their willingness to stand behind the work that they do, the professionalism of all of the technicians, and their willingness to promptly take care of a customer. more

Glad I switched to Reliable, as technician Lawrence Overstreet found mold in the heating unit, which I suspected (but had not mentioned to him beforehand) due to recent health issues. My previous HVAC company had been doing regular annual maintenance checks and never found it. Lawrence was great- friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. more

A neighbor recommended Reliable Heating and Air to me and I have used them since for all HVAC/plumbing in my home. They have installed a furnace, AC replacements for upstairs and downstairs, and a hot water heater for me within the past 3 years. I have been very pleased with their services. They have much better prices than the big box stores and have a much faster response time for quotes and installations.\r Today they installed the second AC unit (- my original unit went out two days ago) and it is wonderfully cool in the house again. The techs were super nice and the whole process was as painless as an AC replacement during a hot Georgia August can be! \r I would recommend Reliable to anyone looking for a reputable company with better than average pricing on quality products and services. more

Couldn't be more pleased. Had my semi-yearly check for heat. I have 2 systems. Deon was on time and extremely professional. Very helpful. He saw a potential problem and had another senior tech out the same day. Turned out I needed a new system. Excellent service from Rob to the installers of new attic steps! All called first, showed up timely, worked very professionally. My home was as clean when they left as when they arrived. Very pleased. more
