Reliable performed my furnace tune-up today. So far, so good. Henry Lawrence was our tech and was thorough, professional and very friendly. He explained what he was doing as well as provided advice and options. I would use Reliable again and will ask for Henry to perform the work. more

I called Ted Burge upon the recommendation of a friend when I needed service on my furnace. He responded quickly and followed up. I elected to replace my complete system and was impressed with the professional work from Marty K and Matt S. They take pride in their work and went beyond what was required to complete the job. I wish more companies were like Reliable Heating and Air. more

I have nothing but praise for Richard Dickerson who came out to diagnose my furnace problem recently. He was VERY honest,straight forward,understanding and kind. To me he was an angel in disguise. I received quotes and researched multiple companies and brands before selecting Reliable to replace my old A/C. Tom was Terrific explaining my options and addressing everything important about replacing my basement unit. Randy installed my unit. He is second to none!!! He too made sure I understood everything going on and his quality installation was exceptional!!! Both Tom and Randy followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions. You can tell the most about a company by the quality and attitude of their employees - Tom and Randy Exceeded Expectations!!! I asked Randy to leave the two big boxes and he made two grandkids very happy...they are still playing in their big box club house. Thanks for an Exceptional Job Well Done!!! They are Highly Recommended!!!! more

Earlier this year, I signed up with Reliable Heating & Air for an annual maintenance service on my AC and heater. This past Friday, it was time for the heater inspection. I was really impressed with my technician, Conor Morris. He called when he was about 30 minutes away so I was ready for him. While he was checking out the heater, he explained what he was looking for and how the heater safety system worked. He did a thorough check, and when he was done, gave me so tips to save energy and money. He was neat, clean, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Next spring, when its time to get my AC system inspected, I’ll call Reliable Heating & Air, and ask that they send Conor Morris out again more

My house needed more. There were a few locations that were cold or hot depending on the season. Lee did a fantastic job to recommend a larger supply line and extra returns to solve the problem. Raul, Harold, Ray, and Frankie installed the system to perfection. This company solves your problems and does more than just sell you a replacement for what you already have. We could have just bought a larger unit from the other guys, but then we would have had the same problem. more
