We hired Reliable Heating & Air to install our HVAC/gas furnace systems and to plumb our house for LP gas. These folks are top notch. And we have gone through a few others over the last few years that leave a lot to be desired and frustrating. At this point, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and very well trained technicians and installers with Reliable. Their sales folks are honest, very likable and especially their knowledge level and professionalism gave me good confidence in their recommendations. Overall they provided excellent guidance for our needs and the prices were very competitive.\r \r So, here is a summary of our relationship with Reliable:\r \r The sales folks - Scott Beebe, Chris McKinney and Mike Grayeski. All very likable and especially their knowledge level, professionalism and excellent guidance for our needs.\r \r The installers - Randy Collins and Jessie Rodgers for gas plumbing. Jorge, Rob Jesse, Fernando, Mike G and John Victor for HVAC/gas furnaces. They all did a fantastic job. All of them were friendly, very courteous and professional. But most important to us, they did a very neat and professional job.\r \r Another important decision point for us. Reliable provides a Lifetime warranty on all installed equipment. This is contingent upon maintaining a continuous service agreement with Reliable. The annual fee for this is reasonable and competitive.\r more

I thought my shower repair was going to cost thousands. I phoned Reliable because they had done such great work last summer installing my air conditioning. They immediately sent out the most expert plumber, Mr. John Frederick, to help. John Frederick was on time, polite, knowledgeable. I could not ever imagine a better man for the job. He had my shower running perfectly in just a few hours. He knew what he was doing and he did it. I totally recommend Reliable and I totally recommend Mr. John Frederick, the Best!!!!! more

The entire team gave me excellent service. Starting with Lee who came out to consult on the best system to heat and cool my condo. I asked many questions and he patiently answered them all, even as I asked several of them over and over again. Jamal and Larry were very courteous and friendly when they came out to install the system. There were some challenges - small crawl space and doorway to backyard for compressor. They went into action, coming up with solutions and working as long as it took to get it up an running so that I could have some heat on that cold night. Great job! Kudos to everyone from Reliable who helped with this! more

With my first phone call and Ms. Tiffany answering; Tiffany provided great patience and understanding of my questions and concerns regarding the installation of a new water heater. Then the service of Rodney and Michael Elrod installing my new \r water heater unit quickly and efficiently in my home; Michael and Rodney went above and beyond with assisting me with all questions and concerns while installing my new water heater. After recently purchasing a home, we had to replace all of the duct work in our attic. I had a few companies come in for an estimate. Reliable spent the most time analyzing our attic and providing us with options/solutions for our situation. The work was done on time and the results are amazing. Our power bill has dropped dramatically, our upstairs temperature is consistent and comfortable and our home is more energy efficient thanks to their expertise and incredible service. Received a free Electrical Safety Inspection after purchasing an HVAC unit. Electricians Jake and David came to my home. They were great!! They checked pretty much everything that had current going through it and shared some great safety tips, surge protection suggestions, discussed warranties and potential upgrades to my basement. Excellent service and value. I highly recommend them. more

Yesterday Bobby Lee and Chris Moore installed an a-c system and they were on time, courteous, thorough and exceptional in their work, and helped me understand all they were doing. When my 16-year old water heater started leaking, I called Reliable based upon neighborhood recommendations. Reliable sent out Mike McCambell who thoroughly explained what my options for a new tank were, and did not press for me to get a higher priced model that would not be cost effective. The next day, he quickly and professionally replace my water heater with my new, beautiful Rheem. I highly recommend Reliable! \r \r Thanks Mike! more

After receiving a quote from Casteel, we contacted Reliable and requested the same type quote from them for a replacement of our air conditioner. We received a quote within an hour that was better priced and with a better warranty. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and we set-up the install for 2 days later. Dustin & Gary came out and installed the system. They were very nice and professional. I was shocked at how quickly they replaced everything. I think the area is much cleaner now than it has been in years. They did a great job and I know we will be using them from here on out! more
