About three weeks ago, my water heater died. Leaking all over the garage and basically at a point of uselessness. I'm on a very fixed income as I am disabled from 9/11 and was desperately trying to find someone to finance a new water heater. The woman, Carol, helped me apply for a home improvement loan which I was sadly turned down for. I continued to call other companies throughout the morning with no success. At around noon, Reliable called me back and said that they PERSONALLY would finance the new water heater at a very reasonable monthly fee. They promised to have someone at the house by early evening and then surprised me again by calling right back to tell me that they happened to have two technicians in my town and that they would be by in 20 minutes. They showed up and in two hours had a gorgeous, brand new water heater put in. They even gave me a one month grace period to make my first payment. Reliable Heating and Air has a customer for life in me and I completely endorse them for all of your heating and air needs.\r
