We have 3 kids under 3 (a toddler and infant twins) and our air was NOT working! not good for for the kids since it is july! they got someone (a man named mr. ellery vigo) out within 48 hours and he was able to get it working efficiently within 2 hours! he was very professional and had no problem explaining what he was doing and why, and was upfront about the costs before he did anything! we are considering updating our system and have already booked an appointment for an estimate on that, because we wouldn't trust anyone else! the cost was lower than was we were expecting as well. they will now be our number one to call! more

Since moving back to Atlanta last summer, we have used Reliable on several occasions for A/C and plumbing repairs. We have been very pleased with their work. Yesterday, they came out to perform routine A/C maintenance. Their technician, Lawrence Overstreet, was wonderful. He explained everything that he was doing and he also saved us money by explaining how the ""Peace of Mind"" plan works. We will definitely use Reliable for all of our HVAC & plumbing repairs & maintenance! more

97 degree heat, I had no air. Reliable had me covered with a great system, great price, and FANTASTIC service. Beau Manley and assistant did a FANTASTIC job of getting me up to code and installing new units after my 28 year old unit died! I am now cool and owe it all to the great service of Reliable Htg and Air! more

I have used Reliable for electrical work in the past and decided to use them to improve my attic insulation. They suggested a comprehensive solution to seal the attic off from the rest of the house and to improve the air circulation through the soffit vents. They sent two installers--Blain and Josh--that worked all day in the attic with 135 degree heat. They did an awesome job. more

I recently had a complete HVAC installed and very happy with the salesperson Tim , and both installers Oneil and Roberto.\r All three were extremely helpful and professional.\r It took me two weeks doing a lot of researching and trying to find a company that I felt comfortable with.\r Tim was great he made me feel comfortable knowing everything was in writing.\r When it came to the installation , I could not have been any happier than the two Reliable sent to do the installation . Oneil and Roberto were both very friendly and professional. I\r I am sleeping better not only because the air is on but knowing that all three did exactly what they sid they would do.\r My only regret was I wasted two weeks trying to find a better deal and none was out there to have been had when it came down to apples to apples . Although , several companies tried to play a game with a bigger system. But when it actually came down to the model the other company was a higher price. With that said , if a company is going to try to play a game with you when trying to purchase a system what are they going to do when you actually have a problem. I know that I picked the right company and have Reliable's 100 percent guarantee to make it right if I have a problem or question.\r My advise to anyone looking for a new HVAC is to call Reliable Heating and Air and have Tim come out to give you a free estimate. Once you purchased your new HVAC system ask to have Oneil and Roberto do your installation. You will be glad you did.\r \r Thanks a Million ,\r M. Landers more

Thanks Cain for all your great work on replacing the water faucets. Your work was very thorough to make sure there are no more leaks throughout the entire house. Great service for reasonable prices. My AC wasn't working. Reliable's service man took pictures and thoroughly explained what was wrong so I could trust what he was saying and why I needed to replace it. There was a cancellation today and my new unit was installed earlier than expected. Gary Carter and Mark Chappell were professional and efficient and my home is cool now. Thank you! more

Trent Jackson and Brent Dean just installed 2 ac units for us. They were the most knowledgeable and competent individuals I have ever seen. They were so polite, kind and honest. They kept us informed about everything they were doing and left absolutely no mess after themselves. They were so easy to work with and it was our pleasure having them work for us. Fantastic service! Roy came out on a Sunday late at night to fix a main line that got plowed into by a car! No extra charge for coming at such a horrible hour. 30 minutes later, we had water. Roy even answered a few more questions about the plumbing in my house and even helped me locate the stop valve for a faucet that I could not find for the life of me since I bought this house! Absolutely would use them again. more

I had an issue with attic vent from previous company. They didn't know when they could get around to fixing problem. I called Reliable Heating and air. They were there the next day to troubleshooting AND replace unit. They even went as far as to explain what they did and how it was installed. And installed correctly. They are at the top of my list in customer service. Thanks guys. You made my day. more

At 5:30 pm on a Friday, I told the dispatcher that I had an interment problem with my furnace. I said it is not an emergency as I had a work-around to keep it going. At 9:30 the next morning Chris Hamrick called and said he was on the way. Found and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Great job and nice tech. more

I needed to get one AC unit replaced and the day that Tim comes to give me a quote my furnace on another unit goes out. (What is that saying about when it rains it pours). I had a Reliable tech coming out to repair the furnace while Tim was providing the quote so I asked him to add replacing that system to the quote. During their time there we talked about the fact that another one of my AC systems was 20 years old. It made more sense (and of course offered a great discount) to do all three at once. Now while this sounds like a lot the units at my home are all original and 15-20 years old. It was time and something that I expected when I bought the house the previous summer. \r \r All of this occured on a Tuesday and we put me on the schedule for Friday for installation. The installation opened up and they asked me if I wanted them to come Wednesday or Thursday (heck yes - the sooner the better!) and Jorge, Jesse and LT got everything installed and working beautifully in a matter of hours! I would (and have) recommend Reliable to anyone looking for great service from start to finish! The Reliable tech made me feel informed and very happy that I made the decision to go with them and the great new Trane systems! more
