Deon Triplett from Reliable did a service call today for heating units. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and courteous and my dog liked him too. He seemed very knowledgable and he even wore his booties in the house. Very pleased with his service. more

This experience started with a service call which lead into a purchase. Although no purchase of this size is pleasant, this company made the experience pleasant. From the service tech to the installers, they provided fast turnaround, excellent service, and top quality work. My service tech (Anthony C.) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My sales person (Kevin C.) could not have been more thorough and helpful. My installation team (Dustin and Tevin) where top notch and did an excellent job. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I am hard to please! more

We needed to replace our heating and a/c system and were somewhat hesitant to spend such a large amount of money on a company we had not previously used. However, we are highly pleased with the quality of work, equipment installed (Trane), and especially the crew: Lee Cook, sales engineer; Greg McDaniel, lead installer; and Clayton Bailey, installer. They were all very professional, extremely knowledgeable and were eager to answer all of our questions and concerns. This was a big job to do, but was completed in one day with little to no disruption to our schedules. The crew were on time and completely cleaned up after installation. We definitely recommend this company. You can rely on it! more

Sure, I've seen the commercials, but it's not easy to make HVAC entertaining. The litmus test, at the end of the day, is quality service. Reliable Heating & Air was on time and professionally competent. They didn't make air conditioning repair rocket science. They explained what was wrong, how they would repair it and how much it would cost - all within 5 minutes after entering my home. In my case it was a bad capacitor in my outside condenser unit. They went up into my 95-degree attic to examine my furnace. They replaced my wrong-sized air filter with the correct size filter. They were neat, wearing plastic booties to cover their shoes. They were courteous and informative without being condescending. I don't know how well they match up with other companies, but I know I will call them again when I need HVAC service. more

It was time for the annual check-up of our two AC/Furnace systems. The Reliable tech making the call this year was Kenneth Lee. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as all Reliable staff have been over the years. He did a very thorough job inspecting, cleaning and testing our systems. No major issues were found. When it comes time to replace our aging lower unit, we'll call Reliable. Thanks. more

I wanted to thank both Nick, Sales Rep and Jason Thomason, Technician and his assistant Jason for great service. My A/C finally broke down during the heatwave in July. I am a repeat customer having purchased a furnace a couple of years ago. Since I had a previous estimate earlier this year, within 2 hours of my 1st call Nick set me up with window units until the job was completed 2 days later. I could not have asked for faster service and experienced technicians. more

I have used Reliable Heating and Air for several years now. They are honest, ethical and very competent. Lawrence Overstreet just finished the semi-annual inspection and tune-up on our 3 dual fuel systems. He was very conscientious about making sure I understood what he was doing. He did a great job and also gave me some tips on some very easy things I could do to help maintain the systems. I would recommend Reliable Heating and Air as an HVAC provider. They do what they say they are going to do in a timely, competent manner at a fair price. more

We have used Reliable twice for electrical service. First, we needed a dedicated 120 outlet with a 20amp breaker installed. Our electrician, Andrew, explained what was needed and gave us the best economical solution. Andrew is an easy going, kind, and thoughtful person and I felt immediately comfortable with him. Once we agreed on the work, he promptly showed the next day at our agreed time and completed the job as asked and on budget. The second time, I asked for Andrew specifically requesting he trouble-shoot a dead kitchen microwave outlet. Andrew took the time to find the issue (two outlets with burnt/loose connections) and make sure everything surrounding the issue was fixed and safe. When so often you worry about service work being completed correctly and at a reasonable price and when you can feel helpless waiting for a service person to show, Andrew the electrician and Reliable are breaths of fresh air. I would recommend him to anyone and will confidently use them again. more

Replacing an air conditioner & furnace is never fun or inexpensive. We have replaced several over our 29 years of home ownership. Reliable Heating & Air did a great job. Their proposal was in depth & the price was fair. They arrived when they said they would.They had everything they needed to complete all the work. Dustin & Garrett worked efficiently and neatly. It was very hot and they got it done in a timely manner. Took the time to explain the new system. I don't want to replace another system but I would use Reliable again. more

Cain and Anthony came over the same day that I called for an appointment. They installed a vanity with top and faucet, pvc piping under a bathroom sink, along with a new faucet in the kitchen. The faucet in the kitchen required lots of ""extras"" due to the older pipes and valves underneath the sink. These guys went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order! more
