After waking to no hot water Friday morning I called my handyman....to no avail...he doesn't deal with gas hot water heaters. My next call was to Reliable and I am so happy that I did so. I was first told that the technician could not come until Sunday...but alas...I got a call and Taylor and Zach were there Friday evening. There was some minor glitches (all explained in full detail) for the repair but Taylor was great about explaining everything. I would highly recommend Reliable for all of your plumbing repairs. GREAT SERVICE and more importantly GREAT ATTITUDE. more

Sales Representative: Jeff Huddleston\r Technicians: Sam H., David W., Matt S., and Jeff C.\r \r It's been about four weeks since Reliable installed my family's heating and cooling systems, first removing the old systems and then setting up the new systems. The process involved schlepping a lot of heavy equipment, climbing a lot of stairs, and even making sense of the house's apparently mis-labeled circuit breaker, all on a very sunny 95-degree day. Nevertheless, the four technicians went about their business diligently, never appeared bothered by the heat or the unforeseen challenges, and were very friendly whenever they asked me questions or updated me on their progress. When they were finished, they cleaned up so well that the new systems, which they briefed me on, were the only evidence left of their visit. \r \r I'd highly recommend Reliable. The sales rep managed to schedule our installation just two days after his in-home assessment. And since the technicians came and went, my family has had no problems whatsoever with the new systems. We couldn't be more pleased! more

I highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air. They just installed a new heat pump and furnace for me. For the past few years, my AC needed freon due to a leak and I was having problems with my furnace as well (both very old). I saw Reliable's advertisement in a magazine and called them for a quote, along with two other companies. Reliable was the least expensive and most knowledgeable. Their technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. I am so glad I chose Reliable! more

After 6 years of having B & L A/C deliberately putting in the wrong size filters and never doing a thorough inspection, Today Reliable heating and A/C came to my condo. They took the time to properly measure each unit for the correct filter size. This was quite a job, since our units are in the ceiling and hard to reach. Now I finally have a great company who knows what they are doing. The servicemen were very nice and helpful. more

Reliable is awesome! A tree fell at my house, pulling the main power line from the pole to the house. The force was strong enough to pull the junction pole off the roof and the meter off the side of the house. My repair expert was Richard W Grayson. Richard was so nice to work with. He's very professional and personable. The work was completed quickly, and I am now back in my house. Thank you Richard and Reliable! more

We were in need of a new hot water heater and Reliable Heating and Air had been recommended to us for plumbing service from several of my customers at Publix. We called the office yesterday morning (8/3) and technicians Taylor Dean and Zach Bennett came out to give us a quote. They found our complex with no trouble and promptly came directly to our parking space at our building. We got the quote, was told since we didn?t have the necessary funds that financing was available. My wife called the office to find out about the financing; we went online to apply and were approved within an hour. Taylor called us this morning (8/4) to let us know he was picking up our water heater and then again, when they were on their way to our condo to install it. They were here less than two hours, the old unit was removed; the new heater installed and the area was cleaned up like they?d never been there. Both gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous; we were so pleased with their customer service that we set up an appointment to see about service for our air conditioner and heater. Our expectations were met and exceeded, and we?re very satisfied with the work. We had an issue with our upstairs unit not working. On July 4th called at 9:00 AM and the put me on the waiting list for the day. Received a call just before lunch letting me know that they had a technician on the way to my house. We were up and running just after lunch same day. They do great work for a fair price and stand behind it. more

We had a new Trane unit installed in our Dunwoody home Saturday, July 9th, 2016. We got a call ahead the day before the installation confirming the time and when they would show up. The morning of I received a phone call from the crew letting me know they were on their way and gave me a time the GPS said they would arrive, which was 20 minutes early. Our A/C had gone out so you can imagine the excitement of knowing they would be early to get started. There was a 4 person team, Jamal, Lino, Keenan and Clevelann. They were courteous, knowledgable and extremely hardworking. They worked from 9:15 in the morning and didn't leave until 7:30 at night. We are grateful to have the house cold again and appreciate the follow through from Reliable from the first phone call to the completed job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. more
