I would like to comment on a recent new install I had done. My experience started with walking into Lowes and coming in contact with Bill Boston. Bill then put me in touch with the sales engineer, Rodney who came to our home with Chad(Lowes Sales). They even brought 2 Windows Units as our home was without AC and was around 87-88F during the time of the sales pitch. We opted for the 16Seer Trane unit with Comfort Guard, Aprilaire (for 99.9% allergan free filtering) as well as Air duct cleaning which was just recently done by David and David. Excellent job with the Air Duct cleaning. I did jump ahead, but I should say that we pulled the trigger and 2 days later we were visited by the Tech lead installer, Darrel, assisted by Clayton. Later another Reliable guy (Deon) came by and hooked up the Comfort Guard system. Everyone was super professional. I have to comment on the professionalism and level of workmanship all of the guys: Bill B, Rodney R., Darrel and Clayton (installers) and Air Duct Cleaners (David and David). Also the thermostat Trane XL850 rocks and is integrated into my Smart Home system with Amazon Echo and I can control it via voice!!!!! Alexa - set themostat to 77 degrees - walah - it's set. Also the Comfort Guard that is available is like having Vital Signs at the hospital on the patient. The minute something starts acting up, the guys there at Reliable know about it ahead of time and can jump into action. Anyways - we are happy!!!!
