I just had my air conditioner installed this morning. Technician Jason Thomason installed the unit. He was very professional. He called me prior to his arrival. He arrived within 30 minutes of his call.\r \r We reviewed the contract and he explained what he would be doing. Upon completion, Mr. Thomason walked me through how the thermostat works. He explained how the air might run for a while due to the high humidity within the home.\r He advised that he installed the filter and I should replace it once every 90 days. Jason is a true professional and he is passionate about his work.\r \r He advised me of the condition of the furnace and his recommendation.\r \r Thank you Reliable for awesome service today. We were in need of some maintenance on our A/C unit, and had heard RELIABLE mentioned on the radio and gave them a call. They really live up to their name. Fast and prompt service, the technician was courteous and respectful, and very patient in explaining how to set the thermostat. The price is very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them for all your A/c, heating and electrical needs. more

We had Reliable come out to check out our nearly 22 year old units. One of them was in need of replacement. Within the next week an appointment was scheduled. Torri and Donnie were the technicians who arrived on time and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left, and our new Trane is working perfectly! Thanks again Torri and Donnie for the worry free installation. When the time comes for our other unit to be replaced, we will request Torri and Donnie to do the install. more

Overall my family was very pleased with Reliable. We used them for HVAC installation. They were the first company that we had collected estimates for this job out of 4 other smaller independent companies/contractors. They weren't the cheapest quote but what ultimately won us over was the attitude and manners of the workers. Our attic situation in our over 30 year old home is no walk in the park and they were the only company that didn't act scared of the dang thing. Kyle was our salesperson and he was very professional and informative. Joseph came out to help us with duct cleaning and his boldness to stick his hand in our duct and climb fearlessly into our attic is what truly sold us. They came out and did their job and have called to check up on us frequently to make sure our HVAC is properly running. Only sore spot is a mix up with them dumping some of their trash in our renovation dumpster but after a few contacts the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC installation. more

Reliable Heating and Air have always come promptly when we need them and we appreciate their business.\r Our air conditioner was not cooling properly, so we called Reliable Heating and Air and the service technician,Sam Howell came to service our air conditioner the next day. Our compressor was not pumping so Sam advised us to install a new complete system. Sam was very helpful and we appreciated his advice.\r The next day the Installer Technician, Randy Fitch came and installed the new cooling system. Randy did a great job and worked very professional.\r Thanks Reliable for keeping us cool! We would give both the technician's the highest rating. more

Reliable is a great company to do business with. I switched to them over 5 years ago after being repeatedly disappointed with the service provider I was using at the time. I followed their new General Manager, who left my former service provider to go to Reliable, and Mark Wall is outstanding. Service Technician Larry Holloway was at my home yesterday to do a semi-annual service inspection, and he is a superstar. On time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He represents what I have come to expect from everyone at Reliable. I highly recommend folks give them a try. more

Very impressed with this company!! I got a quote from Jeremy in their live chat and called to schedule an estimate. I was able to have someone out the next morning. Ted met with my fianc? and gave a great quote! We were able to have a tech out that same afternoon since they had something open up. So basically, I was in a live chat asking about a quote and less than 24 hours later I was relaxing in a cool house, amazing. more

Rocky Mayeur was my Reliable Heating & Air technician. He completed bi-annual maintenance service on my air conditioning unit and he also identified and replaced a part/component of my unit that was no longer working properly.\r \r Rocky was great! He provided excellent customer service and was very thorough in his explanation of my problem and how he would resolve it. He was polite, knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern about my A/C problem and worked diligently to repair my unit.\r \r Thumbs up for Rocky and will definitely recommend Reliable to family and friends. more

I called Reliable because I listen to WSBRadio and hear their ads all of the time and have heard that they have a good reputation.\r They came out the next day, assessed my home and gave me a quote for a good and better system...(I couldn't afford the best) and explained the differences for me. I went with the better system, and they were out at my place 3 days later installing. Bobby Lee and Tyson Wood were my technicians and they could not have been sweeter. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job removing my old and installing my new system. They even wrapped a couple of my ducts that had holes in them so I didn't have anymore leakage. Kudo's to Reliable! I'm sure their service team is just as good as their install team. I have complete faith that if I have any issues with my system (so far so good) they will be out to fix it in a flash. more
