My carpet was not completely cleaned. The end tables were not pulled out and cleaned. Reachable carpet behind a chair and between couched was not cleaned. There were yellow patched on the carpet that must be missed spots of being cleaned. I am waiting for a reponse to when the carpet will be redone. more

First of all when I scheduled you gave me 3 dates but said I would most likely get the first one, then I get E-mail few days before the first date saying I was scheduled for the second date, I called & left a message & no return call, untill the day before the first date & this girl did not know what she was talking about & I said I had planned on the first date so she said she would check & called me back & said they would be here between 12 & 1, 1:20 they arrived & informed me they did not have the little plastic squared you put under furniture after the cleaning & then they bring in one sprayer & one machine which can not get close to edge of rug or under any furniture & now my rug feels like I am walking on straw.My carpet did not feel like this before, what is the reason for this? The crew was on time, many reminders were sent before-hand. Enough staff was sent to get the job done on a timely basis. They really were concerned about getting the job done right instead of seeing if they can get the job done in the alloted time. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did. more

Very Clean Carpet 7/3/2012

I have a home daycare, so I need my carpets cleaned often. Crystal's cleaning by far got my carpets cleaner than any other company. I was skeptical when I saw the process, but the results were superb. I'll use them again! more

I was a bit shocked that they charged us a fuel fee. That wasn't listed up-front as far as I can recall. I don't know if they expect people to bring their carpets in to them or what, but I would expect in that business fuel would be just a cost of doing business. more

I am disgusted by the management of this company, and plan to share this review on Angie's List and all other media. Recently, I purchased a group coupon deal for cleaning service and tried to redeem it but the company did not follow up on the request. Finally, I called them and was told that I did not qualify for the deal because I had used their service before and I would have to forfeit the $57 that I had paid for the service. After threatening to report them for fraud/theft, they relented and said that I could apply the credit to a service, but ONLY to a full price multi-room service that had been part of the deal (but for which I would not get a discount.) This means that I would have to pay now an additional $50+ for service that I had budgeted and could only afford the original $57. The management of the company did not return my call but only communicated by text and behaved both unprofessionally and unethically. And thank you for your delight in our service by purchasing another Group Deal. Yes it is true. As included in the text of all Group Deal offers, we are firm on the "New Customer Only" policy for Group Deals (Groupon, LivingSocial, Google Offers, Amazon Deal, etc.). There are three points of information that advise customers of this fact, including a required question online that asks the customer... "Are You A New Customer...". By answering "Yes" when the answer is really NO, alerts cause problems in ordering. It's rare but it happens. When this happens, customers are always allowed to get a refund from the Group Deal company or use the value of the deal toward a purchase of services of equal or greater value. In this case customer was given the best and most appropriate remedy for purchasing a group deal more then one time. However, a customer cannot bypass the policy. One can understand because group deals only produce 25 of value for any company. It's like offering a $1 burger for $0.25. This is why companies often offer groups deals on-time per household and or per customer. Our apologies if we were not clear in the online offer, the voucher, and the question on the website the pops up after you enter your voucher code... This was of carpet cleaning is way different than anything I've seen. The carpet wasn't very "wet", except the stairs, and smell in the house was wonderful. We went out to dinner tonight and when we came home, the house smelled good and better than it ever has after a carpet cleaning company has been here. Professional gentlemen, quick, and efficient. I was using a groupon and instructed to schedule on-line. I had lots of trouble scheduling the appt. through the computer. Their system froze two times during the scheduling process, this is after all my information has been entered and I've gone through all the pages, and when I finally entered everything AGAIN the third time, it worked. When I use this company again, I will use the telephone to call. more

Happy with Service 6/28/2012

The technician was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and I was surprised that it took less than an hour to complete. The only concern I have is now my carpet doesn't feel as soft...feels a little stiff. I followed the rules and waiting 2.5 hours to vacuum. more

The service person was courteous, professional, and worked diligently. The carpets look great! I especially like the quick-drying feature, very convenient! The window of time was perfect, and I did not have to wait all day for him to arrive, nor did he try to sell me additional services and products.
