This was of carpet cleaning is way different than anything I've seen. The carpet wasn't very "wet", except the stairs, and smell in the house was wonderful. We went out to dinner tonight and when we came home, the house smelled good and better than it ever has after a carpet cleaning company has been here. Professional gentlemen, quick, and efficient.
I was using a groupon and instructed to schedule on-line. I had lots of trouble scheduling the appt. through the computer. Their system froze two times during the scheduling process, this is after all my information has been entered and I've gone through all the pages, and when I finally entered everything AGAIN the third time, it worked. When I use this company again, I will use the telephone to call.
