Patrick and Justin were my servicemen. They called and said they were on the way and were very much on time. They moved the furniture I requested and said they would take care of my carpet needs. When I had a really hard time setting an appointment and using my Living Social voucher, I began to assume this was a waste of time and money. I was happily wrong. The technicians arrived within the hour window, explained how things worked, and within 30 minutes or so, they were out the door. The carpets looked great. My wife and I were quite happy with the end result. more

I tried them through an Angie's list Big deal and I am happy I did. I have used them several times. I had several stains (mostly pet stains) that they have removed. I plan on continuing to use them. more

The carpet cleaning was fast and easy. I think am pleased overall. A couple of stains are coming back out in my family room. I don't know that is any fault of crystal, crystal but was hoping they wouldn't come back so soon. I will likely use again. more

Interesting experience since this is the first time I've had the carpets professionally cleaned and not done them myself. Not particularly impressed though I appreciated Darryl's suggestion about taking care of spots cats mark. Ive vacuumed since they were there and dirt and crystals definitely came up but: not some of the stains I expected to be gone, they didnt move some furniture that would have been very easy to move aside (a rocker and a stand with nothing on or in it), yet moved a couch and loveseat I said didn't need moved, and the carpet is stiff. Not sure how much vacuuming it will take to get the "crystals" all out and soften the carpet again. The cats dont like laying on it now and avoid walking in the middle of the room. Also checked with multiple people who had never heard of "tipping" the carpet cleaners. Felt like they were just trying to get more money. If their workers are so poorly paid that they need tips, maybe the company should evaluate their pay level and what they charge for service. While they said just vacumm it up with your next scheduled vaccum, I feel a little like they left me with part of their work to do - actually removing the dirt. I also felt that until I swept, my carpet wouldn't really be clean. more

They were able to remove rust stains on cream carpet that were left from the nails embedded in the geet of the chair. A+ more

The associates we had were great. They were very polite and professional. The tech went over everything and explained the whole process prior. This made the experience very seamless and comfortable. We have already recommended the service to our friends and family we were so happy. Keep up the great work guys. more

Darryl's service is great. They are friendly and professional, but best of all, they do a great job. I had so much cleaner residue that I was contemplating replacing four-year old carpet after spending $11,000 for it. After using Crystal Crystal a couple of times, the residue is gone and my carpet stays much cleaner for much longer. The reps where very helpful and knowledgable. The carpet turned out better than I expected with the new and improved crystal method. The gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were personable, professional and above all they did an outstanding job. I loved that the carpet didn't take long to dry.
