Great job. Carpets are very clean! 5/11/2012

Initially we were a little leary as, though the phone schedulers had been very friendly and willing to work with us (including one reschedule we had to ask for due to unforseen circumstances) their email correspondence had some spelling and grammatical errors. Its just seemed a little off. However I am happy to report that they did an outstanding job for an equally outstanding price. Darrel showed up and was very considerate of my wife. When he left the carpet was cleaner than I can ever remember it being. It feels great to walk on. Thumbs up! more

Good Service 5/10/2012

Both gentleman were very professional and explained in detail what service i would be getting. The only negative was setting up my appointment on the website, a bit confusing when using a groupon.
