Supposedly there was some miscommunication which made the technicians arrive very late. They were supposed to come at noon (with the one-hour window), then sent a text around 12:22 pm saying "Service is delayed...ETA 12-2." They didn't actually show up until about 3:30 pm, and then said it was because their boss thought I had rescheduled. They were nice and did a good job on the carpet, but it was very, very inconvenient that they came so late. We had overnight guests with us, and when the kids' bedtime came (and went), the carpet was still wet (even though I put a fan in the room to speed it up). When I had complained to the technicians when it was time to pay, they took off $10. I had a master bedroom, two kids' rooms, a hallway, and a basement area cleaned. I'm not sure $10 was worth all the waiting around for them and then waiting for carpet to dry so much later...not sure that was fair compensation for my time and inconvenience.
