I like the brush machines used and it didn't take long to dry. My only other comment is that I could not understand the invoice and the price was not what I was quoted over the phone by Ashley. more

Don't see much of a difference from before the cleaning 6/26/2012

Our carpet is not overly dirty but with 3 kids, there were stains. After the cleaning, I still see all of these spots. Some might be less noticable, but all still visible. Since this was a groupon, not too upset but would never use them again or recommend to anyone. I've used other professional cleaners in the past and never have had issues with getting stains out. more

Very fast, qucik and professional cleaning 6/25/2012

I am the resident who vacume the carpet once a week and wondered whether it is still necessary to clean it up with professional care. I had groupon promotion which I could clean the master bedroom, living room and one free kid size bedroom just with 60$, thought it is worth to try and compare how much it will be improved after cleaning. Two of technicians arrived at home on time, and explained exactly what they will do and finished all cleaning in 20 minutes. Initially I regret to try the care as I felt 20 minutes of cleaning is almost nothing, but 2 hours later when all carpet was completely dried out, I could notice the quality of my carpet was improved. I was satisfied their quality of cleaning and recommend the care especially to whom will take shoes at home or not clean the carpet throughly as much as I have done. It will be helpful. more

I bought a groupon for our family room carpet that has A LOT of traffic dirt. We have had it cleaned before, but thought we would try again. Our son was also crawling, so we just needed it cleaned for that if nothing else. Crystal crystal carpet care is by far the best!!! It looks way better than any other time we have had it cleaned. It seemed with the other companies it would look good right after and then the dark traffic spots would just come back. We will definitely recommend them!!! more

My carpet was not that dirty but just wanted it to look spruced up. They were very quick and efficient when they finally arrived. They were late due to another job taking longer than expected. more

Nothing else to compare it to 6/23/2012

Carpets look good, but they don't recommend necessary vacuuming once they dry. I would recommend it. I have a dog and crawling baby and do not want either of them breathing in the dried "crystals" or getting them on their skin- could be a serious irritant. My vacuum canister filled up with fibers and crystals 12 hours later. There is a slight chemical smell when done too. Overall, I'm happy with my fresh clean carpets, but might try conventional steam cleaning next time to compare. more

Overall, I was very pleased 6/22/2012

The technician took the time to explain what he would be doing. He answered my questions with knowledgeable answers. Worked quickly. Was polite and courteous. He was alone and that surprised me since he was forced to work without a partner as I'm sure that sliding couches around, etc is probably a lot easier with help, but he managed just fine. Thank you! more
