The techs were really nice. Initially, I was skeptical because I'd called several carpet places and didn't like the way rates changed so quickly. Crystal Crystal was very reasonable and efficient. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in years, so it will take a few cleanings to get it completely together, but it is waaaaaayyyyy better than it was before. more

Very good service. The quality is ok but doesn't meet my expectation. When the carpet is wet after cleaning, it looked very clean. But after it dried, it showed some dirty. Maybe clean it back and forth a little bit longer would help. more

Poor customer service 8/2/2012

I called after cleaner was past the delivery window. Customer rep did not understand that someone would not be available now since they were so late and we were not contacted. They did end up fitting us on at the end of the day but I will not recommend this company. They were very hard to work with. more

I needed carpets cleaned quickly to surprise my wife. I registered online and found the website easy to follow. I found the pre-cleaning instruction email useful. Associates came on time to my house and cleaned very quickly. After they leave,you need to once again vacuum the entire area to pick up the crystallized dirt. My wife and family are satisfied with the results. more

I truly appreciated the communication of arrival time and text so I had no wait time. They were very clear with the explanation of my quote and offered additional services with stairs and hallway. Explained a thorough process and how it works. What I should expect when they are finished and the days ahead. The team was thorough with the entire job and in and out as planned. I have not experienced this type of service if some time. I have already been boasting about how great my carpets look and the value I received. Thank you so much! My house smells and feels great. more

Pleasant salesman - thanks for the service. Just wish the time window could have been more narrow, as when I called originally the appt was to be from 10:30-12:30, and you didn't come until the next window you gave me of 1:15-3:15, which made it more difficult to leave work. Pleased with the service though. more

Good, but not as good as I expected. 7/27/2012

I honestly did no have a chance to see the finished product as we moved out to of the condo. And I am slightly annoyed that I keep getting emails to rate the service and quality when I won't really have the ability to rate the quality because I no longer live at the residence. Also, the landlord decided that even though I had paid to have the carpets cleaned that because they did not clean the one room with the pet stains that it was not professional. I called Crystal Crystal the next day to see if I could get someone out to complete that room, and noone ever called me back. Funny how I cannot see to stop getting these emails, but I couldn't get someone to call me back about an actual complaint. more

Summary 7/25/2012

I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning. It is the first time I've used this method. It does require a little more work on the customer's part, since the cleaning leaves a lot of "carpet bunnies" that need to be vacuumed afterwards. There was no conflict about pricing. The guys were very professional and were done in a reasonable time. more

Very disappointing experience with minimal evidence of cleaner carpets 7/25/2012

Service technicians were professional and efficient. Carpet did not appear any cleaner after it had dried and was vacuumed. I was very disappointed. Appointment was scheduled for one day and the technicians came one day earlier. more
