Scheduling was difficult, I scheduled 32 mo in advance, though I would get my first choice because the email said the you typically do, then 3 days before I thought the service would be provided (2 mo after I scheduled) I got my confirm email for my second choice of time.
I tried to reschedule, I called the number on e website, couldn't get through, tried to email ack from the confirmation, no response.

I kept the appointment, actual survive was satisfactory, they were on time and done quickly
