Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

I was serviced on the same day I made the call 3/7/2011

After calling Champion AC, I spoke to a representive on the phone. Her name was Debbie, she was very courteous and polite. After letting her know about my situation,she ask for my I information then she made me an appointment that same afternoon. Soon after about an hour and half the technician arrived. He asked me what the problem was. After I describe the problem I was haveing he went to unit and analized the situation he knew what additional equipment he would need. As he came back he explained what it would cost to do the job and he also informed of a special that Chapion AC was offering. I looked over the special and as he explained that signing up for the special It would assure me that my unit would sericed regularly for a year for the same price a was going to pay for a one day service. You have one very satisfied customer! more

Replaced motor initially in December - but went without heat over Christmas because heat wasn't connected. more

02/22/2011 Our experience with Champion AC has been a great one. Our first contacted with Champion AC was Gerald Miranda (Sales Rep). Very knowledgeable, polite, down to the point and not pushy. After installation we did not a couple of problems that was settled instanly by Brandon Jonas (Technician). Brandon is a wealth of information and concern. He made sure the job was handled properly..... Customer Service has been excellent. Very concerned about the problems, and getting people scheduled to your home, etc.... We would recommend Champion AC over any one we spoke with in San Antonio, especially Sears!!!! Thanks for the professional service we have received so far. The unit is GREAT!!!!! more

Great Job! 2/21/2011

I have had other service companies at my house in the past and I have always been displeased with their service. These other companies send out service men who are impersonal and do not care about their work. They want to get in and out of the house as fast as they can and on to the next job. Champion A/C did a great job. I feel confident in their work. They took the time to talk to me about the problem and why it was the problem. They spent the time on the diagnosis of the problem and kept me informed along the way. I will be calling Champion in the future, if I have anymore problems. These guys are the standard for an A/C service company! more

Brandon came to do my system tune-up and he was terrific; friendly, patient with my questions, and he took the time to do a thorough job. You can't go wroing with Champion. Highly recommend! more

Efficient and polite technicians. 2/16/2011

I just recently bought a unit, in September, from Champion AC. All of the technicians that have been here have been extremely efficient, polite, and go out of their way to help little old ladies. It took all day for them to install it, and I had plumbers under the house at the same time. It was confusing with everybody there, but that had nothing to do with them. The unit works great. more

Fast, friendly service - you can't go wrong 2/4/2011

We add a new AC/Heat unit installed by ChampionAC last year. The crew that installed it was terrific, and we've had no problems with it since. I decided to go for a Membership to save $$ on Service calls and I have to say it's money well spent. They visit twice a year and tune up the unit at ZERO cost to me. PLUS...if there is a problem it's nipped in the bud. When you call the customer service rep is friendly, knows the area and knows what they're talking about. That's refreshing in this day and age when you call a service center and get someone half a world away. Today "Brandon J" came to service us with a "tune up" and I couldn't be more pleased. He was GREAT! He was extremely friendly, patient with this old lady's numerous questions, and he took the time to do a thorough job. Overall, 5 Stars all around to Customer Service, tech Brandon Jonas and ChampionAC. Good job! more

Brandotaken has single handedly spared your company a BBB complaint. He has completed technician work behind installers--reworking issues to completion. He also has worked to provide paperwork promised, but not delivered (as of 5 months post install) by the sales person. He is customer oriented and goes out of his way to provide great customer service and he should be recognized for his excellent work. more
