Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

Everyone that I have worked with her has been so amazingly polite. I was actually pretty rude when I called because the heat makes me very unreasonable. They still treated me right from the second they picked up the phone. I probably would have hung up on myself that day, so it says a lot about their dedication to their customers. I won’t go to anyone else in San Antonio for AC repair anymore more

They really impressed me 9/1/2013

They really impressed me from the first time I called. It was an emergency situation since my elderly mother lives here and the San Antonio was dangerously hot for her without a working AC unit. They arranged the time so that they were able to come out in less than an hour. I was very impressed. more

Great service! 8/29/2013

Great service every single time. They have always been able to give me a time that works out perfectly for me when I ask them to come out and handle some repairs. I don’t know if they just have a lot of people, or a lot of available slots, but never waiting for repairs in San Antonio is a great feeling. more

they fixed the problem 8/28/2013

Champion AC did a lot to keep me happy during their last visit to my house in San Antonio. There was a problem with the first repair, but they fixed the problem and didn’t charge me an extra dime. I know everyone makes mistakes, but a lot of companies won’t own up to it, and it means a lot to me that these guys do more

I would recommend Champion AC in San Antonio just for the high level of service. I had to reschedule a repair a couple times, and they never had a problem staying on the same wavelength as me. They are very good at doing what it takes to keep their customers happy. more

I don’t think that I’ve ever gotten AC service as good as what I got at Champion AC. They are really friendly people, and they always treat me with courteously. The only time that I ever had a problem, they came all the way back to my house in San Antonio to fix it the same day. more

They have helped us out over and over with our HVAC system, and they’ve never let us down. I use this company across all of my businesses because the always show up on time in San Antonio, and they charge very fair prices. more

This is a very reliable place for HVAC in San Antonio. We called them in when we had an emergency with damaged air ducts. We were all very impressed with how quickly they were able to get the problem sorted out, and we would definitely consider working with them again. more

Problem Solved 1/11/2013

I recently had a problem with my heating unit and was left out in the cold. I called Champion AC up and in no time at all I was living good again. I really appreciate the amount of professionalism this company has when dealing with their customers (or at least me). Thank you guys! more
