I had to replace my heater this winter and I am very thankful that I found Jay and the crew at Champion A/C. Jay answered all my questions and helped my family to choose the best unit for our home. I must say that my recent experience with Champion A/C was absolutely Fabulous! From the step one in speaking with customer service to the installation and the final step. Rep, Charles, was a dream come true, very knowledgeable and friendly. His help really made the process very simple. A crew responded very quickly to my home and provided me with a free estimate. The price just could not be beat! I couldn’t resist but going forth with the installation. My husband is active in the military so I was able to receive a 10% discount as well! I will definitely be calling Champion A/C if any other problems occur. Thank you!!!!!! more

I was very pleased with Champion a/c! There customer service was great!! I initially spoke to man there by the name of Charles, I let him know that i had been in my home for 11 years and my CPS bills were outrageous during the summer time. He then asked me a series of questions about my home and said that the reason why was because my home was not equipped with the right equipment. He sent someone over the next day and he got me what i needed plus got me great rebates through CPS! I wanted to write this review because if it werent for them i would have never known about the great rebates! I greatly recommend this company thank you guys!! more

Ferando was great in his knowledge of ac/heating units, rebates national & local. He took his time explaining how the latest ac/heating units would reduce monthly CPS costs on a montly basis vs prior billings. He did an exceptional job and now we are faced with a difficult choice. I am a business owner and I first heard about Champion AC at Solar Fest, which is a festival about energy saving and going green. Just 3 days later, I had problems with the AC unit at my business and we called the people who initially installed the unit. They gave us a quote that seemed reasonable at the time as well as a rough estimate of time in which they would be there. When they did not show up at that time, we called Champion AC. Champion AC had someone out there in 15 minutes, plus they fixed the problem for half the price the other company had quoted us. It was unbelievable. That was 3 or 4 months ago and I have since used Champion to move my outside AC unit at my house because I had a pool installed. Their people came out, gave me a quote and talked about what they would do and how I wanted it to look. Again, they did the job for half the price of another quote I had gotten. One of the things that really distinguishes Champion AC is that they are very personable -- both Ben and his workers. Both times I used them, they listened to what I wanted and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. Just had my old air conditioner replaced with Champion and they really did a good job. I actually called them because of the reviews I read while doing research and they really went above and beyond what I expected. I know more about air conditioning than I ever thought I would. Fernando went through all of the details with me and he truly left nothing under the rug. I am definitely pleased with the performance of my new air conditioner and would not change a thing. I have 4 Air Conditioning systems that cool my home and over the past 5 years I have started to have problems with them and have also had some very steep utility bills. Two years ago Champion A/C came out to give me an estimate on changing out one of my 4 units. Their price was about $600 more than another small company that was referred to me by a family member. I went with the referral and it truly backfired on me. The system that was installed never worked properly and I could never get a hold of the guy who installed it. I will never just go with the cheapest option available when it comes to central air conditioning systems ever again. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" rings true in my situation.
