Review content:
We add a new AC/Heat unit installed by ChampionAC last year. The crew that installed it was terrific, and we've had no problems with it since.
I decided to go for a Membership to save $$ on Service calls and I have to say it's money well spent. They visit twice a year and tune up the unit at ZERO cost to me. PLUS...if there is a problem it's nipped in the bud.
When you call the customer service rep is friendly, knows the area and knows what they're talking about. That's refreshing in this day and age when you call a service center and get someone half a world away.
Today "Brandon J" came to service us with a "tune up" and I couldn't be more pleased. He was GREAT! He was extremely friendly, patient with this old lady's numerous questions, and he took the time to do a thorough job.
Overall, 5 Stars all around to Customer Service, tech Brandon Jonas and ChampionAC. Good job!
