Our experience with Champion AC has been a great one.
Our first contacted with Champion AC was Gerald Miranda (Sales Rep). Very knowledgeable, polite, down to the point and not pushy.
After installation we did not a couple of problems that was settled instanly by Brandon Jonas (Technician). Brandon is a wealth of information and concern. He made sure the job was handled properly.....
Customer Service has been excellent. Very concerned about the problems, and getting people scheduled to your home, etc....
We would recommend Champion AC over any one we spoke with in San Antonio, especially Sears!!!!
Thanks for the professional service we have received so far. The unit is GREAT!!!!!
