Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

From the initial phone call to the completed install, each employee was very professional and respectful to myself as well as my family members. The install was smoothe and I have not had any issues with it at all. I am totally pleased with the work and will recommend Champion to my neighbors and coworkers. Thanks Champion!!! more

A/C Warranty Service Call 7/21/2010

Brandon Jonas came by my house to diagnose my A/C problem. He organized cable wires inside my unit to look them pretty. After a hour or so inspection, he concluded that he found a leaking freon on the outside unit under the fan blade, at first thought to be tampered because it had 0 psi, 2% rare because it is only 1 year old. When all said and done, he explained to me in great detail what happened, very thorough and professional technician. Thank you. more

Great service 7/21/2010

Michael was our salesperson & we were very pleased with all that Champion had to offer. We had 5 other bids that included Will-Fix it & no other company compaired to Champion. Two other bids included inferior air conditioning units or replacing just the outside unit with outdated required energy saving system. I would recomend Champion & Michael for telling the entire truth.Thanks, even though it takes a chunk out of the budget we are happy. more

Working with Champion AC was truly a great experience. From the time I called to make an appointment to the time the technician left my home I felt confident that I made the right choice. Champion AC was fair and reasonable in their price for my repairs. I would highly recommend Champion AC to anyone. The technician Michael Demers who serviced my unit was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Michael and I believe he is a great asset to to the company and what Champion AC stands for. more

My experience with Champion AC was amazing. I needed a part replaced. The gentleman who came, Michael, was excellent. I was very impressed. He answered all my questions and wrote down information for me. Michael was a very professional young man, really my air conditioning angel. I would highly recommend Champion AC, especially with Michael as an example of the company's employees. He is a shining example. It is hard to find good businesses, and it is inspiring to work with someone who is so honest and forthright. It was a very pleasant experience. more

This morning I made a call to this business. I dialed the number and waited for someone to answer the phone. When a young lady answered the phone I hear, "hello." She sounded half asleep so I assumed that I dialed the wrong number. So I ask, "Hello, I was trying to reach champion air conditioning. Did I dial the wrong number?” "No, this is Champion." (Long pause) So I go ahead and say to this woman, "Ok, I wanted to know what I have to do to have you guys come out and service my air conditioner." Her response, "Ask." I went ahead and let her know I would be going with someone else. It appears from the other reviews that these company has a very good rating with customer service and repair, but I couldn't get pass the initial contact so I went with someone else. That company answered the phone and said, "Hi, thanks for calling _________. How can we help you today?" Pros: None to evaluate more

They were great. They replaced my air conditioning unit and ductwork. I thought the job would take a few days, but they got it done in a little over one day. From the time time they removed the old air conditioner to the time the installed the new unit only was only about 2 or 3 hours. So, we did not have to suffer too long in a hot house. The guys knew what they were doing and they finished up well. more

This was my first time using Champion AC. I hired them to do ventilation and AC repair work. It was a positive experience. To start, they took their shoes off, which I thought was awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable about ventilation and their product. They took time to help me out and they did not leave until I was completely satisfied. more

Champion AC is pretty quick; they came out quickly. They answer calls promptly. They serviced our AC unit at work. They cleaned it out and replaced the filters. They also made it to where all we have to do is pop open the AC in order to clean out the filters. It used to be much more difficult. more

A/C Service Call 7/8/2010

When I noticed that my A/C system was not cooling my house properly, I thought of Champion AC immediately. I have several friends who used Champion and all of them have had nothing but good things to say about their experience. The technician arrived promptly and quickly solved the issue, while also showing me things that I could do so the problem did not occur in the future. I would recommend Champion AC to anyone that values a technician who is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. more

We have used Champion AC a couple times when we have had issues with our systems. The service person is always on time and courteous. They explain the issues, what is going on and what needs to be done. There are never high pressure sales techniques used, which is great. Champion AC always gives me options about what to do and where to go with the repairs. We are going to need a new system soon, but right now it is not at that point. When it gets there, we will do it with them. Champion AC knows what they are talking about. They are dependable, knowledgeable, on time, and treat their customers well. It is a good value for the services received. more

good company but expensive 7/1/2010

The price for changeing out a 5amp fuse(like in cars) was $150.00. About 10 minutes total work time. Forutnately, they just charged me $69 for a service call and $10.00 for the fuse and to change it out. more

Needs to work on follow through and not have the customer call multiple times for services. Communication between each team member is not very good, especially when different team members come out. I am torn because once the technician came out we were very satisfied. Still don't feel that good about purchasing a complete system even though the prior system was not quite 4 yrs old. Need to work on not pushing for a new system right off the bat. I am still waiting to see a reduction in the electric bills which I have not seen so the verdict is still out. I will continue to use them because I am too far involved at this point but in all honesty I don't think I can recommend at this time. I am almost there but I will wait and see how the follow on services continue. I think that their initial intake person, a female was an absolute gem and really did believe in servicing the customer. I am truly thankful for her assistance in trying to solve our issues over a three month period. more
