Review content:
After calling Champion AC, I spoke to a representive on the phone. Her name was Debbie, she was very courteous and polite. After letting her know about my situation,she ask for my I information then she made me an appointment that same afternoon. Soon after about an hour and half the technician arrived. He asked me what the problem was. After I describe the problem I was haveing he went to unit and analized the situation he knew what additional equipment he would need. As he came back he explained what it would cost to do the job and he also informed of a special that Chapion AC was offering. I looked over the special and as he explained that signing up for the special It would assure me that my unit would sericed regularly for a year for the same price a was going to pay for a one day service. You have one very satisfied customer!
