Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

Best A/C company in SA! 7/2/2009

Just had my air conditioner replaced about 4 months ago and I must say that I am pleased with Champion A/C's installation and the performance of their equipment. I was a bit skeptical about replacing my unit, because it was 10 years old, but my utility savings have really paid for the unit. My utility bill has gone from about $300 a month to about $135. The best part is that my payment on the system is about $125 a month. Not bad for getting a new central air conditioner. I highly recommend Champion A/C because they deliver what they advertise. This is definitely the company to use if you are looking for a good home air conditioning company. Pros: Awesome service and great prices! more

If you are looking for a great A/C company then read this!!! 6/19/2009

Champion A/C happened to be the third company that I called in to consult on my air conditioner. The first two companies really just pushed my wife and I to purchase a brand new system that would have cost us $8000. We did not feel comfortable spending that much money because our current system is only 7 years old. Fernando from Champion A/C ended up coming out to our home and he really listened to our concerns and helped us make the best decision for our current financial situation. We did sign a maintenance agreement with them and for about $30 dollars a month they basically fix any problem that ever arises. Also, whatever portion of that investment is unused will go towards a brand new air conditioner when ours actually breaks. This company really stood out because they just didn't push a sale on us. If any of you feel that your AC system needs some attention from a team of professionals that has integrity then you should certainly call Champion A/C. Champion A/C. 6/13/2009

My family and I rent here in San Antonio and our AC system broke down!!!! Champion AC was fast, friendly, and super affordable. I also signed up for a maintenance agreement for a small monthly fee that has given me piece of mind and already saved me more money!!!!Great Company. Everyone should call champion AC for their AC needs. more

I'm not the type to write a review of a company, but these guys really helped me out in a pinch. I had put off getting my A/C looked at even though I knew there was a problem for some time. Well, of course, it has a full freeze up on a day when I'm having guests over that night. Champion A/C came out in time to service and repair when no one else I spoke to could come that day. They were friendly and very knowledgeable on preventive measures as well. When I need a new A/C i will definitely call them. Pros: Fast, dependable and knowledgeable more

My AC broke down so I decided to give Champion a shot. They were fast, friendly and professional. At the end, I signed up for the maintenance agreement and it has already saved me money. They do a great job and I highly recommend them! more

Quality and Consistancy 6/8/2009

They staff over at Champion A/C was awesome. From start to finish they remained professional and courteous. Their Prices are fair and the service was excellent. I recommend that you sign up for the service plans to keep your ac running at its peak. I always cool and comfortable in my home thanks to the folks at Champion A/C.Thanks Gentlemen. I had this company clean the coils. they were very reasonably priced!! i even talked with the owner and he was extremely pleasent. i definently reccommend theses people to everyone!! Pros: best service of any ac company more

Finally, A Company That You Can Trust!!! 6/8/2009

No A/C during the hot southern summer is no fun, especially when you have children. Come to find out, all my AC needed was a little tune up to get it running again. The technicians were professional and fast. For a reasonable monthly fee, I signed a maintenance agreement to ensure this does not happen again. I highly recommend Champion A/C!!! more

Outstanding Company 6/7/2009

I highly recommend Champion AC, my AC was not cooling properly and heard about them through a friend. So I called and they were here in a timely manner. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were straight forward with me which I appreciate. So my AC was fixed and the wife was happy. I also signed up for a maintenance agreement which was well worth it. If my wife has any problems she knows who to call. Once again I highly recommend Champion AC and will be sure to let all my friends and family know about them. Thank You Champion AC! more

Fantastic company 5/23/2009

From start to finish this company has what it takes to get the job done. Initially I saw champion AC advertisements on TV and was concerned that their prices might be high, but they turned out to be perfect. I will say that they had the best price and service out of all the companies we had previously used. They also were very clear in there communication with us and that was key for us. I am a very satisfied customer and I have already referred all of our friends and neighbors. more

Outstanding Service 3/16/2009

My A/C was not working so I called Champion and they sent Jay out later that same evening. Jay came in and diagnosed the problem. He was upfront, honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Gave me a great quote and repaired my system the next day. The service was outstanding! I definitely recommend Champion A/C. more
