There goes Chris Shuler for the 8th. time deleting my honest review about him which he does not like. Chris why is it that you keep deleting my review about you. I am only saying the real truth about you. Do you really think that people are stupid. When they go on Citysearch and see that you only keep the positive reviews, and delete the negative ones, their only thought about you is how foolish and stupid you are. So here is my review again about you, as I promised that I will keep on posting it every time you delete it. You can also keep blocking me from posting the review, but I will always find a way to re-post the review about you again and again. Chris Shuler did not like the comment that a prior customer that he also ripped off posted under my review. The customer went to have her car repaired, and got a quote which she agreed on. The next day he called her to let her know that the original quote was going to be 3 times the original one.The customer then told him that she was unable to afford it. Chris then told her not to worry that he would finance the job, so that she could have the repairs done. Well the customer was called to pick her car up, she did so, only to find out that this crook did not do what he said he would do for her. He requested full payment before he releases her the car. The customer then had no choice but to go to her bank and get a personal loan, so that she could get her car back. According to the customer, Chris Shuler also pulled the same dirty trick on her friend. For all of you who had a bad experience with this crook, not only do you need to post your review on Citysearch which he will delete, after he threaten Citysearch to remove all of the negative reviews. (He has deleted my reviews 4 times on Citysearch so far). You will also need to post them on Google, yellowpages, and craigslist among all others websites, since the threat that works with Citysearch will not work with these other websites. He will also block you from posting negative reviews on Citysearch once you post it and he deletes it. You can always re-post your review, all you have to do is go around the system and it will aloud you to do so again and again like I do. Those positive reviews that are posted, 99% of them are posted by Chris Shuler himself, his girlfriend Helen Lawson and his staff, so don't be fooled by them. How stupid can this guy be, in what world can a company get 100% positives reviews 24 hour a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Here is an example. On 1/23/2010 he posted 3 positive reviews. Two days later on 1/25/2010 he posted 5 positive reviews. You do the math, how can any company get 3 or more positives reviews in one day, and not one single negative review. Look at what is happening to the world most reliable auto maker, Toyota. This guy is living in a fantasy world. On February 3, 2010, the Orange Tax Collector left him notice for him to obtain county business receipts for all 3 of his locations. Nothing worse then being on vacation and your brakes go! I came to Orlando to go to Disney with my family I am from MI. While driving back to the hotel one night I notice that I am hitting the brakes and nothing is happening. I saw a huge billboard near our hotel for Dealer Direct so I decided I better give them a call and get it towed in. Not only did they tow the van for free they also gave me a free quote and a ride back to the hotel. They got my van fixed up the next day had it by afternoon. It was such a relief to find an honest place while your on vacation that didn't make us go without a vehicle for more than a day. They saved our trip! Thank you so much we really apprecaited it. I knew my car wasn't driving as well as it normally did so I stopped in to Dealer Direct on my way home from work and asked if they could take a quick look at it. They told me I needed new tires and quoted me a price to get the tires and balance them. I took quote left and went home and called around to all local places and competitors. I found this place Dealer Direct from a billboard I saw going home one day. I knew my car needed to be looked at mainly the axles but didn't really have the $ to spend on an estimate and then be told it would cost thousands to fix. I want my Honda to last forever but I can't break the bank doing it. I called them up and wanted to get some quotes over the phone. When he told me the estimate was free I headed right down there. I figured what could it hurt I didn't have to get it fixed I could just see what the problem was and worry about it later. I sat in the waiting room which by the way was as clean as a doctors office for about half an hour. He came back in sat down with me and went over in detail what it needed how much each part was and how much labor was for each of those parts. He then went on to offer me discounts on labor by getting it all fixed at once. The quote was half what I thought it would be. They got me fixed up in a cheap rental car I didn't mind paying since the price of fixing car was so much cheaper then everyone else. They had it back to me in 2 days. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. I have had my car back for 3 weeks now and not a single problem or issue. I really appreciate the hard work and great customer service. This was a great place to take my Kia to. I wasn't at a place to buy a new car and wanted to get at least another year out of mine. I took it in there and they were quick and courtesy to me.
