I brought my explorer to dealer direct because a coworker told me they did free estimates. I was headed to College and it was a one way trip I needed to make sure the SUV would last while I was there. It had been running a little funny lately. They looked it over and gave me a quote in half hour. As someone who doesn't know alot about cars they were very good in explaining what every thing meant that I needed and how much it would cost to put it on. As someone that has always looked around for the best deal I kept the quote and went to two more local competitors both of which charged me for the estimate. Dealer Direct had the lowest and most honest quote for what my explorer really needed not what they thought they could squeeze out of me. You don't know how nice it is to feel like your being taken care of and not getting ripped off. I am glad I stopped in there. Thanks dealer direct when I am back visiting family I will be sure to stop in and have another look over. I also made here safe! Thanks again
