I took my Chevy Metro to 3 shops before taking it to Dealer Direct every single one of them had an estimate of around $2500 not to mention I had to pay all of them to tell me that. I saw a huge billboard for dealer direct so I figured one more couldn't hurt. I was amazed when he said the estimate was free and told me where waiting area was. That was the cleanest shop I have ever been in. Within 20 minutes he came back into me sat down explained in detail everything that needed to be done now and what could wait or didn't need to be done at all. They quoted me half of the price and half the time. Thank you so much!
