If i am wrong PLEASE contact me . Not only will i give you a full refund .I will also pay the dealer to repair your car at no cost to you. I am very confident that this is a bogus complaint. please,please . post your real name, year make and model of the car we worked on , and what service we performed. with an invoice number. my truck broke down in orlando while i was on vacation. i called three shops , two were franchice stores and one was "dealer direct". obviously i chase "dealer direct ". not only were they able to give me a nationwide warranty just like the franchises. they saved me a great deal of money. who knew that you could have a transmission replaced in 1 day. and it works perfect. josh, jim, chris and the whole crew gave exceptional service and i am very grateful. wished i lived in orlando . great place to visit. and thanks to "dealer direct " not a bad place to have a break down ,lol.
