Nothing worse then being on vacation and your brakes go! I came to Orlando to go to Disney with my family I am from MI. While driving back to the hotel one night I notice that I am hitting the brakes and nothing is happening. I saw a huge billboard near our hotel for Dealer Direct so I decided I better give them a call and get it towed in. Not only did they tow the van for free they also gave me a free quote and a ride back to the hotel. They got my van fixed up the next day had it by afternoon. It was such a relief to find an honest place while your on vacation that didn't make us go without a vehicle for more than a day. They saved our trip! Thank you so much we really apprecaited it.
